My large order of fries was half full and didn’t taste fresh. I asked for a ranch cup to go with a large order of jalapeño poppers and didn’t receive any ranch cup. The burgers were good and the ingredients were fresh. No way to leave comments about a slightly failed order other than to use Google reviews. Staff was pleasant but not friendly enough to get a higher rating.

I think Carl’s Jr is one of the most consistently good fast food places. The value is there. This location is excellent on service inside. Free refills at the soda fountain keeps me away from the place next door with the golden arches.

I was heading back home to Vancouver, Wa. from Stockton, Ca. and I decided to stop for the night. My puppy and I went for a walk over to Carl’s Jr. on Cypress after checking in at Motel 6 around the corner. When I walked through the doors there were only a few people in the dining area already eating. I ordered the double westeren and thats it. No fries and no drink, yet I waited 17 min for a burger that tasted like it was sitting out all day while listening to an employee tell jokes, not funny one’s! Certainly not worth the $10.89 they charged me. As far as I’m concerned, was’nt even good enough to be a dollar menu item. Should have gone to Popeye’s or Lumberjack’s.

Dont know whats with the workers there but who ever worked drive thru around 7pm dec 27th was the most depressing and sad sounding person with an attitude and not caring on top of that. She refused to give me her name. Absolutely trash service and food was nasty.

For the price, I’d expect my food to not be a complete mess and all over the wrapper when I open it.
Customer service is nice and friendly, but come on, this is ridiculous.
There was 2 cars in parking lot and no one in the drive through line, so I know it’s not from trying to serve fast.
