Went to the drive through tonight at 10:30pm. Ordered a single western with extra cheese and mayonnaise. Paid for it and drove all the way home. Got cozy and started to unwrap my burger only to discover its a completely different burger and a double. I got redressed and went back for the correct order. When at the window to recieve food I inquired about getting free fries due to the inconvenience. The cashier expressed they had no fries available and it would take 5mins. I said that was fine. He then changed the narrative and said “Well they made the burger a double so they couldn’t give me fries.” Then I said so my order is still not correct I wanted the double. I requested a manager. With frustration he goes and get the fries he just said they didnt have. Drive home was no more than 4 mins away and the fries were cold. Very disappointing.

I have recently been obsessed with the Beyond Western. The menu only displays a Beyond Famous Burger, but another location told me you can make any item on the menu a Beyond option. I wish they hadn’t told me that because I can’t stop ordering the Beyond Western. Even the name sounds amazing! The barbecue sauce, the onion rings, a meatless option!!! it’s lovely. You may have to wait a bit longer for your order to be ready, I don’t think they have these readily available, as in you’re getting a fresh burger every time. The fries are delicious, I haven’t had Carl’s Jr since the late 90s and I did f know they added seasoning to them! Yum! I usually get Strawbery Fanta and if they’re out of that, I get Root Beer. The people are super nice and respectful. I always order through the drive through so I don’t what the atmosphere is like. There is plenty of free parking to dine in. For the medium combo I usually get, it’s about $15. I also tried the Beyond Famous and it was okay. My go to is the Beyond Western.

They don’t open as early as they say. They will let you place orders on the app when they are not even open and it’s a huge hassle to get a refund. Terrible service when they are open. This is the only place where I’ve ever ordered a milkshake and been told it’s to hard to make them. Food is even greasier and low-quality than most Carl’s Jr.

Great Carl’s Jr. right next to the 5 freeway. Real convenient when your traveling as I was from Tahoe to Los Angeles. The woman working at the counter that day was Lorena it says on my receipt. She was super cool and very nice, even to people calling in on the phone. I could tell she loves her job. The restaurant was clean. Would stop here again if I’m passing through on another trip.

I placed an order on the app. When I picked up the order the milkshake was half full. When I asked, the cashier said I didn’t make it and didn’t try to rectify it. I ordered a diet dr. Pepper and they gave me regular soda of which sent me into sugar shock because I can’t drink regular soda

I’m indifferent to the “atmosphere” of the restaurant. I’ve always loved Carls Jr. Just moved to the area near this one. Have gotten food here 3 times. And they’ve literally screwed up the order every time. Once was delivery. Once when my wife picked up the order. The third time when I placed the order and ate in the restaurant.
It’s like they’re trying to get the order wrong. And the “Coke” unfortunately tastes like Pepsi.
For a $18 fast food meal that’s absurd. I’ll drive to In-N-Out instead. Much better food, much better service, and $8 cheaper.

I’m not sure what’s been happening October 2021 to present but it’s not working. In prior years the food was decent but my last 2 encounters were terrible and each time they had me wait in front for my food as if making it fresh and it wasn’t at all. October 2021 I ordered a famous star and it appeared to be 2 bit off patties and cold fries. The chicken sandwich and cheeseburger were stiff and appeared to be old as well. My most recent encounter was two days ago and this is just a picture of one of the sandwiches. The fries were old and cold and the chicken stars were old and stiff. Not to mention they forgot to give me my medium fry and my chicken club but because of the quality of the food they gave me my refund.

Two words: Beyond Burger. This meatless vegetarian option is the best thing to happen to fast food in ages. Got the Beyond Superstar with cheese. Loved it! Don’t count on saving fat and calorie intake with this burger. The amounts are about the same, 20g of fat and about 290 calories. What you do get is an equally delicious as meat way to be good to the environment and living creatures. It’s one way to confront the evils of industrial ag.
