It’s good! I had the Jalapeno Cheese Burger Combo and liked it. The Fries are crunchy and salted well. And the portion size is pretty good!
I went thru the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon and got my food in less than 2 minutes or so. I then decided to eat inside for the vibes.
Its pretty clean inside. The christmas decorations are a nice touch. However I was the only customer inside so it felt kinda dead. The fountain drink station wasn’t working too so that was a bit of a bummer.
I’d probably come back if I’m in the mood for something fatty and heavy!

At the drive thru, I ordered a combo meal with onion rings instead of french fries. As we were driving away, I noticed that they gave me fries instead. So we went back and when I told them about the mistake, they said onion rings would cost 60 cents more. I KNOW there is a charge for the substitution! They were going to let us drive away with the fries instead. So they did give me the onion rings I originally ordered AFTER paying an additional 60 cents, plus tax. That sucks and is the reason I took the time to write this feedback. Carl’s Jr screwed up, just give me the onion rings at this point! Bad, bad customer service

Went here to get a breakfast burger and was super disappointed. I had maybe 3 Hashbrowns on this sad, flat burger, and they even had a couple of fries in there instead. Barely any bacon, either. The customer service was great. the lady in drive thru was exceptionally nice and professional, but whoever was on the line cooking needs to make the burgers better. Especially when you’re paying over $8 for a burger. Won’t be coming to this location again.

Taking my lunch break on the 4th of July. Stood at the front counter for almost one minute waiting for someone to serve me. Finally 1 of the teenagers working that day comes out of the bathroom talking on her cell phone and said Someone would serve me shortly. All other employees were out of sight in the back of the restaurant. Finally someone came out and took my order. The food was really good. The restaurant was surprisingly clean. The soda pop ratio was clearly off as my root beer Had way to much syrup. The person who brought my order out to the table was busy taking a drive-through order on her head set. I found the entire experience to be somewhat rude and unprofessional. As I sit in my vehicle writing this I can see the 1st girl I saw still talking on her cell phone standing in the front window. If I was the owner I would fire the entire crew. Then again I suppose if I was the corporate office I might fire this franchisee. Definitely below standards.

Usually pretty good, but I was disappointed this time. The zucchinis were way overdone. I like them the way they used to be — browned and soft; not overcooked and crunchy.
