I placed an order online and was on my way to pick it up but had an unforseen emergency and couldn’t figure out how to cancel it and so when I was able, since I did pay for the food I headed to pick up my order. Yes it was two hours later but with no way to cancel and get my money back I picked it up only to find that the crew thought it was acceptable to give me the food they had sitting in the warmer for the last two hours. When I asked for a refund they young man said he didnt know how to on the app but would remake my food…. the only thing given to me were fresher fries but the same soggy bacon Swiss chicken sandwich that was sitting there for two hours. By the time I discovered it was the same sandwich I was already home. A person could get sick and as a food service worker they should know food in a warmer had a time limit. This is not Okay at all

For the area it’s in and overall for any Carl’s Jr in California, it’s one of the best. I go out of my way to come here when I want Carl’s Jr because of the staff and management. The managers are always working on the floor and making food as well which says a lot as someone who works in food service. Best Carl’s Jr in the area BY FAR

I ordered 2 western burgers on 5/11 expecting to use ebt.
Cashier claims the card didn’t work for her, didn’t try manually and had an attitude about having to deal with me.
I say ok, and hand over 20 dollars.
I open my app use 150 points to receive a free drink anysize.
She had a problem with that. Scans it anyways asks what size I want then proceeds to claim the points weren’t used but it shows my profile name on screen and she even repeats it. I say ok. She had the audacity to ask me “so what ya wanna do?” I looked her in her face and said ” what do you want me to do about it, argue with you?” Because she clearly wanted negative engagement, I gave it to her. I do not recommend this location. Whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner, they have the most unenergetic and unenthusiastic employees that always seem ready to fight instead of figuring out. With their new prices so high you can quite literally have some Hawaiian, pizza or Mexican food in the same parking lot. 18.25 for 2 single pattie western burgers no fries or drink. One combination plate and drink from L and L Hawaiian is 17 DOLLARS. chicken, beef, rice and macaroni salad. It seems convenience fast food isn’t the fastest cheapest choice anymore and your overpaying for mediocre ,at BEST, services.

I ordered 2 loaded burritos no meat. When I got out of drive thru I checked the burrito it had meat so I went inside and they remade it. When I got home was ready to eat I noticed 1 burrito had meat and other one they remade only had egg and cheese it dint had other stuffs that loaded burrito comes with all I asked for was no meat that’s it If i paid for the full price why dint I got right thing I asked for. Very disappointing. I couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast.

Dear Management,
I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing experience during my visit to your establishment. I encountered the following issues:
1. Rude behavior from staff. A staff member (a dark-skinned young man wearing glasses) was disrespectful and acted unprofessionally, which is completely unacceptable in customer service.
2. Excessive waiting time for service. The waiting time was significantly longer than expected, leaving a negative impression.
3. Sanitary concerns. It was evident that the frying oil hadn’t been changed for a very long time, raising questions about food safety and hygiene.
I hope these issues will be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for your customers.

Today, at around 8:50 p.m.I ordered fries and burger thru drive thru and I asked for honey mustard sauce. The lady gave me one sauce that I just found out when I checked the bag. I asked if I can have two more and she said that there’s a charge. I always get more than one sauce and never been told that there’s a charge. That chubby girl is rude and no customer service experience. You just lost a customer. Thank you.
