Ordered food, pulled up to the window where we asked the worker a question about doing two separate orders and the worker was very rude so then we asked her if she was having a bad day or didn’t like her job with laughs and smiles and she got very offended and told us that she wasn’t going to serve us since we feel like she doesn’t like her job. Then she closed the window on our faces and when we sat there waiting for a worker, she then sent someone else to the window and we asked to talk to somebody else and they said that they called the police. We were very calm and respectful so I’m not sure what the problem was but it was poor customer service.

I was supposed to get a free hangover burger the day after superbowl. their app didn’t work correctly, they were rude to me, and I ended up being charged for burger. I would have refused to pay but because I had to order on their app , to get the free burger it took the money off my card. the next day they contacted me about this review but still have not refunded me and the burger was awful, there was not 2 layers of bacon, tots were cold and hard. don’t waste your money here.

Disgusting manager, I made a claim, I bought a burger for $10 and they couldn’t even put exactly in the center of tomato meat and everything else, everything fell out on the other side when I opened the package, the manager didn’t even try to solve my problem and offered me to put everything myself, she doesn’t care about the client. It spoils the reputation of a wonderful restaurant.

One of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while. Fresh and hot burger that I enjoyed. Fries were hot but about half were mushy. Drive thru staff was civil but not exactly friendly. Quick service and easy to order. Overall good experience, would recommend.

bad experience specifically with a shift manager, today 11/12/23 we were there between 11:00pm @ 11:20pm and we ordered a sandwich with santa fe chili pepper and they denied it, we didn’t ask for it for free, we would pay for it, but it is not the first time often at night they do that they deny things, for the next time I will look for another place where they give me what I really want to eat, when I got home I call them and ask if they have the sante fe pepper and the shift manager said that they do have the item, I don’t understand why she denied when we placed the order

The food here was way too hot and fresh! Some people like to immediately park after the drive through to immediately scarf down their food. Not possible here, you have to savor it.

I went inside because I was peekish and not feeling well, and I needed to eat. I started to feel dizzy and nauseous and asked if I could use the bathroom. I was told I needed to buy something first. I told him I wasn’t feeling well and I needed to use the bathroom, I would buy something after I used the restroom. He insisted I needed to buy something before he would open the bathroom. Then I got sick all over the dining room floor.. I was so dizzy and faint I couldn’t move. Instead of asking me if I was ok, the manager cussed at me and threw me out. I offered to clean up my mess and he threatened to call the cops on me.
