Last night around 9:09pm I ordered food for me and my children . When I got home around 9:19 my daughter noticed something was in her drink when I opened the lid there were BUGS / Ants in her sprite . I called the establishment 3 times no one answered the phone . I went up there this morning to notify the manager of this issue she was very RUDE I’ve filed a formal complaint with the department of food and safety and corporate NEXT STOP IS BBB ..

Definitely the best Carl’s Jr location in the greater Sacramento area. The place is very clean. The service is beyond fast food. The quality of the food and ingredients are noticeable better than other locations.

The later it is the slower the service. I mean over a 15 minute wait and my order was wrong at that. I have ordered more than once asking for extra onion rings on my western burger they charge me for it but never give me the extra. I don’t know what it is. But, If you’re not going to add it please don’t charge it.

The first time I went here the food was nasty. I ordered chicken strips. The girl did not want to fry new chicken strips so she gave me small tiny pieces. Now today I go and she’s gonna tell me that they do not have anything that I have ordered. The reason why she’s like this is because she’s the one who gave me the small pieces last time. because I requested not to get small pieces and I will wait.

The food is always decent, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. So they get a star for that.
But literally everything else sucks. Homeless people are always milling around in the parking lot, which is run down and dilapidated. But the customer service is just awful. I’ve never heard them utter the words “please” or “thank you”. Or even a greeting.
It’s always “What can I get you?” Finish ordering, they tell me the total. I pull up to the window, they tell me the total again. That’s the only phrase that comes out of their mouth during the whole interaction.
Considering you’ll pay $10 for JUST a burger, and probably closer to $16 or $17 if you get a combo…definitely not worth it.

I wanted a strawberry shake so bad, I went to Carl’s Jr, my favorite place. I went through the drive thru and the shake was so watery, it was like drinking a glass of flavored milk. They messed up my whole night… Don’t go there… LP
