First time visiting this Carls Jr. Super clean & spacious! I was happy to see my husband and I can sit next to each other and the dining area was very well kept. We ordered dine-in and our food tasted delicious and fresh! I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and zucchini.

They had me park in the front for 5 min at soon as the lady brought the breakfast out I opened my biscuit and gravy since it’s one of my favorite things from Carl’s Jr. once I opened it I took immediately the picture I couldn’t believe it. There was probably any gravy on the container, super sad about the situation. They had me park in front of the store and wait five minutes to be surprised about the amount of gravy that was pour.
I also ordered a grilled cheese breakfast toast there was one slice of bacon in there. I’m not sure if they are really short on inventory or what’s going on just thought of throwing this here so it can be discussed.

I honestly was very grossed out i came into this location and saw a lady I did not know was having trouble buying her food so I offered to help. And I did. Then I went and ordered what I wanted. I waited probably 10 minutes and saw the people in the back working then in the lobby some guy was just starring at me smiling in a laughing kind of way. When I got my food my onion rings had a bunch of salt poured on them and my burger I bought had some kind of stuff on it I can’t even explain I honestly didn’t even eat it. It was so gross . I was told there fountain drink machine wasn’t working and they had to get my drink and then they gave me some colored straw. I later on called to speak to someone about this and im not sure if it is because it was the person who helped me answered or what but when I brought it to their attention she said we dont do stuff like that. That’s not how our onion rings are made. They didn’t even offer to give me a refund or apologize. At this point I honestly do not trust fast food and I just want this to be made known so others can be aware for themselves. But yeah very gross and not nice.

Awful, absolutely awful. I had the Charbroiled Chicken Club. It was smothered with what seemed like a half an inch of mayo on both sides. The chicken, if you could call it that, had a very chewy, slimy texture. It made me so nauseous I couldn’t finish it, even after using a dozen napkins to wipe the mayo off.
What has happened to Carl’s Jr.? The food used to be consistent; you knew what you were going to get. The chicken was marinated just right, it tasted like chicken with a hint of being charbroiled, and was very juicy. The price is outrageous, too. Almost $30 for 2 people. I could almost have gone to a sit down restaurant for this price. I will never order this again, in fact I may never go to a Carl’s again. Very disappointing.

Been waiting 5 minutes here in the drive thru. The guy behind was less than helpful taking my order. Had questions about my order and gave me wrong information, like he couldn’t care less about working here

I came around. 9:20p.m on July 1st The food was good. Quick overall great service. The young lady at the window was super polite and friendly . Great service.for sure Be coming back.

I typically hit the drive-thru so I don’t get much of the atmosphere. Service is usually pretty good but again, going through the drive-thru why don’t deal a whole lot with the service.
