Passed by this Carl’s Jr location on Watt Avenue in North Highlands North of Interstate 80 next to the Chipotle earlier this afternoon. I just came from San Francisco with My Father. I don’t go to Carl’s Jr. that much now, I rarely go, and I only go to Carl’s Jr with coupons. The service was good. I used five coupons on My visit here. The first was Medium Fries, the second coupon was Waffle Fries, the third coupon was a Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger, the fourth coupon was a 5-Piece Chicken Tenders Small Combo, and the fifth and last coupon that I brought were the Any Triple Burger Combo for $2 off. For the fifth coupon I brought, I preferred the Triple Western Bacon Cheeseburger Large Combo with a Large Fries and a Large Drink. I saved a lot of money by using those five coupons at Carl’s Jr. The total came to just under $35 after tax. My Father paid with card instead of cash.

Hand breaded bacon swiss chicken sandwich is what I ordered. Regular chicken sandwich is what they put in the bag. I have to stop going through drive-thru windows to get food. I swear they give different service. I check to see if the correct number of items, never have I ever had to check if the items themselves were correct. Also my milkshake seemed to be made of ice.

My bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was beyond messed up. I didn’t want to drive back for a replacement be a waste of time. Here is some pictures. Not only the chicken was less than half the portion. The inside was chewy/gummy… this use to be my favorite location. Not no more.

Been here a few times the last couple months and man! I have never in my 45 years of life been to such a clean and welcoming restaurant like this one before. I have passed by the drive thru in the morning, and came inside in the evening to order for dine in, and every single time I leave happy. The staff is amazing and the food!! My god!! Super fresh and super fast! 100% my favorite fast food restaurant location!

This is what happens when you use a coupon at this location and after they make you wait because “they make fresh” and if you think because the sauce is gone I took the “3rd” one off. Look at closely and see that its just not enough sauce with the missing ingredients..

I ordered a combo single Western hamburger, but unfortunately, everything tasted bad except for the drink. If this wasn’t my first time having a Western hamburger at Carl’s Jr., I would have thought it was the worst-tasting burger. However, I’ve had this meal at other Carl’s Jr. locations, and it was really good. Plus, I’ve never had such bad French fries in my life. They were super dry and seemed like they had been sitting there forever. Overall, I am not happy with my order.

Every time I come to this location I have nothing but problems. Today I ordered the strawberry lemonade in a medium with my combo. I received the smallest cup they offer. When I asked why I was informed that they only had it in one size. This drink is almost $4. For the size of a drink that I would expect to come in a kids meal, and it is completely filled with ice. This review is going to be way more harsh since I’ve now had to do this three times. In what world is a small worth $4? I will upload a picture because the straw is the size of two of these cups. Is disappointing, I just hope somebody else will not be swindled.

Not bad, but not the cheapest fast food. Clean establishment. Service is good. The “Big Carl’ is essentially what a double whopper with cheese is supposed to taste like. Fries are disappointing. The western bacon cheeseburger is also good, if you want bacon. Restroom is for customers only
