I got the double western bacon cheese burger my favorite from Carl’s jr not this location. The meat was so cold the cheese didn’t melt, the bacon was under cooked, the burger was dry not enough bbq sauce. Also the onion rings where also cold, I know this because I ordered onion rings and they where cold also. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I asked for bbq sauce because I like that on my onion rings from places like this, because there ranch is terrible, what did he give me ranch. When I got home I called the phone number on the website it said the number was disconnected, so they don’t have to answer calls about there horrible food and horrible customer service just terrible. This place is a total failure and an absolute non recommend from me.

I ordered two California double cheeseburgers throught instacart. When the burgers arrived there was only one patty in each which was very thin. The bun was dry. I’m not sure what happened but I clearly didn’t get what I had ordered. The bag was still sealed indicating it wasn’t tempered with. Previously we had ordered the famous Star Burger which was very good so we were surprised the food turned out to be barely edible and unsatisfying this time

Today on Jan 5 2025 I ordered a famous star with cheese asked specifically for no ketchup and they still managed to give me ketchup. I live 20 minutes from there and when i opened my burger, there was ketchup. Very disappointedbecause I had no time to return to get a better burger. 🙁

They have screwed up my orders numerous times. I don’t think I’ll be going back unless it’s in desperation. It was a long wait in line and the order was so off it seemed like they gave us the wrong order. They did nothing to compensate us for the order, overall it was just a bad experience.

I used to go here I swear everyday every night and now I just have slowed down to maybe once a month for the grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches. The thing about this particular Carl’s Jr is that they won me over when I crashed my car. I used to walk over there and see the cars driving through and just died a little inside because I was so jealous then one night I had the balls to walk up to the window and asked if I could place an order and a wonderful former employee named Dennis said of course you can and we became fast friends and he is an amazing person who saved my soul when I had no Auto and gave me burgers and fries I will never forget him and he now works at a local grocery store and I will not name it because I do not have his permission anyway my point being the people that work there just as good as the food thank you Carl’s jr. Really, you won my heart.

The location is kind of hidden, depending on who you ask. Food is good. It’s just that no one really visits Carl’s Jr anymore, especially this location. Otherwise it’s really good.
