Literally just ordered a grilled chicken burrito that’s supposed to have sour cream and grilled btw! Bc the menu says grilled and I got the driest burrito known to man. Never will I ever order a burrito from here again. That was my bad. It’s absolutely terrible. Pictures included. Literally 20$ for this. Absolutely BS! There’s nothing in this burrito but beans and rice! Don’t come here.

They clearly removed the previous best by sticker and added another one. You can tell by the old remnants of the old sticker. If I get sick, I’m gonna scoop it up and dump it on your floor.

I usually get great , but tonight it wasn’t good. Waited in line for like 10 minutes thinking my food was going to be fresh. Brought it home and all my food was cooled. My hamburger I said no onion add lettuce, and all it had on it was the hamburger and lettuce. Bad experience!!

It’s usually good for me being a loyal customer. But the wait is too long than rest of the Carl’s Jr.’s I go too and this time the taco salad(shell) was stale. With the wait time and stale taco shells, I would expect it to be busy but no lines or anything.
