I went to the drive through and got the $6 byob and got a Powerade and my total came out to $11.16 so you mean to tell me Carl’s Jr is charging $5 for a fountain drink?? At a fast food place is crazy and the bread on my burger tasted stale and very old. Can’t believe how overpriced a fountain drink costs at Carls Jr, literally ridiculous

The restaurant itself is spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms, which is something I really appreciate when I’m on the road.

Worst Service ever, I came in thursday morning and was not pleased at all with the service and food quality I received Sandra was very rude rushed me basically all my order and they still had the audacity to park me, not only that but I ordered a side order of the waffle fries payed 5 dollars !!!! And received only 4 pieces of fries ! Never coming here again

My husband and I went through the drive-thru at 5:00 in the morning, customer service was extremely dull. We ordered a western cheeseburger and french toast sticks. He gave us two packets of ketchup which we did not need and no syrup for my French toast sticks. Customer service was extremely rude, and this young man should not be working the drive thru. I will make sure I do not go back to this place again.

I got myself everyone’s favorite the double western bacon cheeseburger and It was out of this world. The young beautiful and gorgeous young lady with the green glasses was very patient as well as kind when it came to asking about what she personally would recommend. (She needs a raise)
