The prices have gotten ridiculous. When its $20+ for 1 person to eat at fast food, it is a bit crazy. The food is good overall. This does NOT reflect the employees. They are doing what they can! Also the silly AI in the drive through is a tad ridiculous. As much as we pay,I would like to speak to an actual employee INSIDE the restaurant!

Went thru drive thru and all the food was smashed in the bag. Hamburgers , fries and fried zucchini were all smashed at the bottom of the bag. Please learn to separate the food instead of smashing everything into one bag

I came in and placed an order for a breakfast burger and a chocolate milkshake and I didn’t look at the food or inspect the milkshake before I left. I got back in my semi drove off and realized that the milkshake was basically like drinking chocolate milk and the breakfast Burger was a complete wrong sandwich it was some kind of biscuit. I called and spoke to a manager named Cruz he said to come in with the receipt and they would replace it. Today is the 17th I placed my order on the 7th, when I came in I was told nobody by the name of cruise works at this restaurant and she can’t replace my order. I understand that but I asked if I figure out what restaurant this guy works at and have him call and tell them that I made a mistake called the wrong restaurant will they replace my food then she said absolutely not it’s been 10 days it’s been too long they can’t replace my order after 7 days no matter what the circumstance. That is absolutely insane I’m a truck driver and I’m not able to come in here every day I will go to any other Carl’s Jr but this one from this point on I will never give this place my money again.

I witnessed this location put someone’s breakfast sandwich that was in a wrapper directly in the microwave to heat it . Took it out the microwave and directly into a bag . That seems a little toxic no? I mean the wrappers alone are no good , but to microwave the food while in the wrapper ? I will never go to this place ever again .

I asked for bbq sauce and didn’t get any also I put no ice and got a cup full of ice. I was driving far, so I didn’t want my patients soda to be flat. Needless to say my patient is very old and very picky, so got in trouble because of the order not being correctI


So how are you going to handle this situation??? Simple instructions weren’t followed which got me reprimanded .
I didn’t get any napkins either, it’s really sad that simple instructions weren’t followed thank god there wasn’t a pickle on the burger I may have been fired. Thanks for GETTING ME IN TROUBLE I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT ON MY MONDAY. YOU ALL HAVE MADE IT SO MUCH WORSE THAN IT HAD TO BE!!!

As I walked to try and dine in doors are locked it was 630am I’m looking at their hours and says open at 6am I’m knocking gentleman there and cook there tell me to go threw drive threw. Yeah ok let someone run me over. Drive threw customer tells me they don’t have they ish together here so I decide I need corporate #. As I wait to speak to guy he tells me they don’t have # I must Google it. So I will never be stopping here ever again.

They have the best monster biscuits ever. The only thing is that they should make it a thing where you can order the monster biscuit meal and they give you a side of the biscuits and gravy so you can dip your moisture biscuit in there cuz that right there is some fire sauce

Their AI menu has come along way!
