I am not certain if your order taker does not speak English, or is just incapable of listening. I asked a question three times each time. The response was an attempt at what I was ordering instead of a response to what I asked.
This is a non-starter for me when I cannot even have a simple conversation with the person taking my order.
I recommend management focus on some training or ensure that you’re ordering technology is adequate for your people to hear the person who they are speaking to.

They arena professional nor serve the correct items on the menu. I made my order and was served with totally a different item. I went back to claim my order.and were rude and was refusing to give me the correct order. While they decided to give me the correct order I felt happy bit to my suprice they serve me with another type of order. Was so un happy. We are going back but I sujetar everyone check their order before leaving the window.no bueno no saben no me dieron la orden correcta 2 beses. No les importa dar buen servicio

The food tastes good after I remixed the burger. They messed the order up and when I asked them about making one of my burgers with just the special sauce, The Cali burger, the dude acted like he had no idea that they even served special sauce – wait even better the employee said that the only special sauce they had was Ketchup. I can laugh about it now but when im hungry I want my meal done right the first time. A doctor dont get a second chance on heart surgery, why should anybody else.

The bathroom needs a light. I asked to use the restroom and it was pitched black (meaning dark) you couldn’t see anything. I asked for her to turn on the light. She said it was broken / light was out. How is it Carl’s Jr cannot replace a light bulb, not to mention it should have been closed off because it could have posed a trip and fall issue that could have caused a lawsuit. Lucky it was me thier leasing office mall security officer. So seriously I hope it wasn’t a lie or a joke but just a lack of common sence on thier part for not keeping that restroom closed off until it gets repaired. The food was average / good. The staff was friendly with a hint carelessness after telling them I couldn’t use the rest room because I couldn’t see. Anyways, hopefully sometime in the near future the light bulb gets changed out or fixture gets fixed.

Clean with quick service at this Carl’s Jr spot. I sat down after placing my order and just minutes later, an employee brought my tray to me!
That was such a nice touch
Another employee later showed compassion by smiling authentically at a man who was clearly down and out who asked for a simple cup of ice water. That’s humanity right there. Bravo to the employees at this location

I came to this fast food establishment recently And had a horrible experience. The cashier, Angel, Was horrible, rude, Unprofessional and flat out did not deserve his job the day I came to this drive-through. The experience before that Was horrible, and I needed to speak with management above his level. I was promised things in management did not deliver On their follow up. Highly disgusted with this location and angels lack of professionalism.

Always nervous to eat breakfast from the drive thru because sometimes the food is not warm enough or sometimes get the wrong thing (some items are similar so maybe that’s why they can make a mistake changing up one ingredient) no consistency and everytime I’ve gone there’s no line.

Went around 10pm on a Weds night. Ordered a couple burgers. Angus guac bacon burger was good, albeit they didn’t make it a double as requested. Overall, all the burgers were good, criss cut fries were refried and tasted like burnt oil. Staff was nice and quick with order.
