This specific Carl’s Jr. location is one my all time favorites. The place is always clean. The team is always professional and good listeners. I came in a few days before Christmas to purchase a gift card as a present. 2 people working and neither of them could figure out how to process the gift card. They charged my debit card and then proceeded to try and load it on a gift card, but were unsuccessful. I asked to just refund my debit card, as it was taking to long and obviously wasn’t going to work out. He said the refund was issued and ill see it within a couple days. Needless to say I never received my refund, and I have been in a few time now to get this sorted out and nothing has been resolved. So here I am with no gift card and out the money.

I didn’t get to order i went to thru drive thru and i asked to person if you guys still have teriyaki burger and he was very rude he said we don’t have it. I wished he offered something else or at least let me look at the menu and he was in rush telling me to order. I decide to left im not going back. I was manager at fast food and i know how to treat customers. Thank for nothing.

Yesterday 7/15 I went to the carl’s J in the Rohnert Park Location around 4:10pm to buy 2 cocolate chip cookies + a kids meal and use my app cupon for a hamburger and the guy was rude and he told me that they are not accepting cupon for the app because that doesn’t work and he was a liar because my friend went to buy food minutes before and used the same coupon. I don’t think it’s fair that it happened to work for others and it didn’t for me. When the person at the drive-thru didn’t even try. I like Carl’s Junior, but they should improve their customer service.
