Worst burger I’ve ever gotten here. Ordered double jalapeño burger combo. Lettuce looks like it came out of a bag from the grocery store, patties definitely don’t look like they did 2 months ago. And it was cold.

Sat 7-1-23, Here from GA, we have Hardee’s. It looks like Carl’s but with a different name. So it’s been 8 years since I’ve visited Carl’s Jr., and I’ve been able to order the Steak and Egg Barreto, and boy has it been missed and this location did not disappoint. Ordered the Combo meal, and it was just as good as I remembered it. Barreto was juicy, steak wasn’t overcooked, eggs nice and yellow, and with all the extras inside,which gives it that little kick of spicy in it. Mmmmmmmm Sooooo good. Wished I had ordered 2. Don’t know why Hardee’s, which has the exact symbols / advertising as Carl’s can’t carry the same menu. Anyway, it was great to taste that steak and egg Barreto again. . Staff at the drive up was very frendley. Thank you.

I went in the drive thru today woowwww I’m impressed with the lady miss Lucy she was a wonderful person that gave me our food.
I got exactly what I ordered and all the ketchup I requested.
She told me to go in the parking up front and she came right out.
I asked her for a picture she was ok with that Lucy you are a wonderful person I thank you for today ❤️

I just ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich the picture shows lettuce tomato pickles and this is what I got I complained about the quality to the window guy and his response is that’s what you ordered. I did try to rectify thus discreetly with no success. I’ll cross this place off of the list of places to eat . Oh well so here’s your review Carl’s Jr. On Fitzgerald

I ordered a sourdough Burger and cheese was not melted Burger was cold my fries were soggy they were hot but very soggy and when I went to the drive-thru again it took them real long to help me to come to the window and when I handed in my bag he looked in it told me that he can only give me a burger because I ate most of my fries which is not true.

I’ve eaten at a few bad Carla Jr’s (the one by my house in Oakland on Telegraph is an example, it’s so gross) BUT this one is great! My western bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and they made sure my bacon was crispy. They were severely understaffed but still made sure to make my food taste great. Credit where credit it due! Good job. I’ll be back.

My order was a delivery, and other than a few times, because I’ve had a lot of breakfast deliveries, my food is great! The few times it wasn’t was due to a hard biscuit, and not enough gravy to put over the biscuit which made it dry!
