Only a few people here. But I can refill my beverage. Clean tables, 3-sides windows have very good views of the plaza and nearby streets. I would recommend if I could get more vegetables in between my double burger layers.

I did drive through last night. 1 , the AI taking orders has gotten worse, go back to an actual person. 2 looks like a new menu, could not find the super star Berger, just says cheese burger. I ordered a double cheeseburger, got to work , opened up my burger and it was a single NOT the double i ordered , no lettuce, cold tasted like it was just nuked. Gross. This place won’t be open to much longer the way it’s headed. I won’t go back

2 famous stars and 2 small fries. OMG 26 dollars are you kidding me no drinks. Employees need to make a decent wage but they priced themselves out of business. The quality is so poor. Differently dont get your monies worth. At very least serve fresh fries that are not soggy. Have a hamburger that has fresh lettuce.

What can I say? The chicken here is super juicy. It can be slightly greasy sometimes so I’ll dab it with a paper towel, but that’s how I know it’s freshly heated.

This place is horrible and the manager is a real piece of work.
The app let me order a burger at about 10:55 PM… Pulled into the drive-thru and they turned off the lights on me and I could hear people whispering as I sat there.
Then they just closed at 11 PM. Their signage says they close At 11:45 PM as does the app.
Paid for my burger and I was just sitting there… Wow
Came in the next day expecting some sort of response that implied it wasn’t my fault. Jose Miranda… Said he was the manager…treated me like I should’ve known better even though the sign on his own damn door says they are open later.
Never apologized… Never even addressed the issue that the app and his store are screwed up and messing with people after 11 PM.
Never even smiled… Just looked at me like I was offensive for even coming in.
Carl’s Jr. needs to do better and get rid of that petty man that doesn’t know about customer service.
And the burger was passable but not good and definitely not great

The taste of a charbroiled burger is phenomenal.
But sitting there is depressing !

Food was not great. French fries looks not fresh. Hamburgers are nothing special, also me and my girlfriend both had problems later.
