We’ve been to this location multiple times and wow, what a mess. Issues ranging from our order being completely wrong even though they repeated it back to us, to employees inside the restaurant being heard loudly cussing over the microphone for the Drive-Thru, missing sauces, missing items, etc. The outside of the building just looks dirty.

Had a positive experience here stopping by for a quick bite with the family. The service was friendly, the food came out promptly and it tasted good. There is a drive-thru here but we dined in, so I cannot speak for the drive thru service and accuracy. There seemed to be a spot where you can sit outside and eat but it was so hot that day everyone stayed indoors with the cool air conditioning.

Husband – had the California burger meal and my coworker had the Diablo burger, both were disappointing. Diablo burger wasn’t as flavorful as advertised (makes sense) and messed up his stomach. The California burger had no flavor (also makes sense) and the fries were mediocre. No wonder the restaurant is represented by one star, but it was still edible so I’ll be nice and give it one more star.

Worst place to eat. Ordered a Hamburger that was messed up from the beginning, Fry’s wasn’t even hot and then decided to get a Chocolate Milkshake which cost $5. I ended up getting Chocolate Milk and when asked to get a refund, they couldnt do it. Dont eat here. Eat at jack in box.

Food tastes good. If they can get it right. . Confirmed order at the window. Correct on receipt, no one else in line waiting for food, and still given incorrect order. The food isn’t cheap, so you’d expect to get what you ordered. And this isn’t the first time, though it had been a while so I was hoping things had gotten better, but apparently it can still be an issue.

Found plastic pieces in the shake. Called the number on reciept to alert employees so it wouldnt happen to other people, the phone number had been disconnected. How are you going to have a phone number on your own reciept that isnt correct?

My boyfriend was working around the area and he was really hungry, he didn’t want to stop here but after working a full shift doing deliveries, he took a couple bites of his burger and now he’s home vomiting and with chills. For sure straight food poisoning.
