By far the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve been to, The customer service was shit and she kept asking me what I wait cause she take my phone to the register, Then ask me, can I park in front of the store because they forgot to drop the chicken sandwich! I get home and my chicken sandwiches have brown lettuce and I get sometimes lettuce a little bit, but this is like literally brown and nasty pics and video attached

The food is really good. I purchased a $2.99 Big Carl on sale. With the app you can get a free soda with any purchase. The self service soda machine was out of Root beer and other flavors, I went to the counter and they gladly filled my cup from behind the counter. The app didn’t work on my phone so I thought there was a problem with my rewards account. Sent several messages to the company and got no response. Eventually tried an older phone and discovered that it’s was the app and android 14. My account and the app worked fine on Android 13.
