I did the drive thru. The guy taking the order was very abrupt. Felt like giving my order was an inconvenience to him. Treated us very cold at the window. Food is Awesome. Hot and fresh but way too expensive. I even used a coupon and 2 meals was like $42. I won’t go back. I can get a grilled chicken somewhere cheaper.

The cashier was pleasant and the service was fast. The food was fresh and was the quality I expect from Carl’s. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean. I will gladly visit this location again!

This franchise is the worst location. Even I do not know are they selling us a real product or they create their own Indian version of the sandwiches. Manager is keep calling the owner for a little issue. She has no ability even talk with a customer. Stay away from this location. We purchased hand breaded chicken sandwich for $8+ we received this. Not worth to eat.

Apparently if you deep fry sponges you can call them hand breaded chicken tenders. The employees were nice though and provided fast service . But Mr. Carl Jr., pal, buy some better chicken. You are feeding human beings!

Use the app. I can’t stress it enough. I wouldn’t eat here otherwise. Too expensive for a fast food restaurant but the app offers a lot of good deals and even a few free meals.

I ordered the double western bacon burger with a 5 piece chicken tenders, crunchy beef taco, and a chockolate cake for a dessert. I was notified that the tenders would be coming fresh and let me know the expected wait for them. After the time specified, my food was brought to me even though I asked for it to go, and it was all nicely bagged in two separate bags held by a bigger plastic bag. And when I got home to eat it all, it was still hot!! Very good service and very good food. I’d reccommend this location to all my family and friends.

legit got scammed, ordered 2 sandwiches and only got one. check your bags before leaving the drive thru, or better yet don’t eat here. no wonder the company is capsizing
