We ordered 2 Spicy Western Burgers medium combo at the drive thru at about 1:30 today. The frys were upside down in the bag and cold. I opened my burger to pull out the layer of peppers and saw a piece of plastic in the center of the burger.

Love the chicken tenders. Love the coupons that get delivered in the mail. Only reason I give 4 stars is because I downloaded their app oh, and it says that you can use coupons through the app and Order ahead, but I couldn’t get the coupon to work. So I had to take the coupon physically to the restaurant in order to use it. Otherwise I’ve never had an issue going here
