We ordered 2 Spicy Western Burgers medium combo at the drive thru at about 1:30 today. The frys were upside down in the bag and cold. I opened my burger to pull out the layer of peppers and saw a piece of plastic in the center of the burger.
Hopefully I’m posting close enough to real time this will be noticed by the manager and immediately corrected.

Minimum staff working at 6:30pm on a busy Friday night. They were running their tails off, still friendly in spite of grumpy customers. Unfair to staff to expect them to keep that pace all night. Get them some help.
