The drive through takes forever. 3 times in the past 2 weeks. At least 10 minutes each time. This time my order was completely wrong. Im typing this review as I wait in line. Never again will I go to this Carl’s jr.

There’s a women who works at this location with a stars as a neck tattoo everytime I order with her she is severely rude and always get my order wrong I don’t feel like she should be working there. One of the times I went she was on the phone ignoring people in the drive through saying how much she hates her co-workers. It’s just very unprofessional and trashy

With the exception of In n Out, Carl’s Jr., is on the top tier of fast food restaurants. I love getting the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, it is really good and the bbq sauce is a little on the sweet side, but it adds a nice flavor profile to this sandwich.

This is a good Carl’s Jr. I know that sounds weird, its just fast food, but the people are nicer here than most fast food joints and the order is correct just about every single time. Other fast food places around me mess most orders up, but not here.

Very poor customer service, whoever was working 4/29/22 closing shift on drive through had major attitude and for no reason. If you hate your job that much that you need be rude to people who haven’t given you a reason to be then maybe find a better job that suites you and your attitude. Food was fresh though so shout out to the cook. That’s the only reason it didn’t get 1 star
