I’m like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, so I came to this place almost to midnight time on my day off working 6 days straight, lol. I was craving a BURGER and came to this place, and I haven’t eaten dinner yet, lol. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out soon, Lord Willing. I randomly selected BIG ANGUS EL DIABLO DOUBLE BURGER. I Highly recommend to add Guacamole for sure or you can choose to add Pineapple if you like and recommend ordering an extra container of the burger sause that comes in the burger. And if you love fried zucchini, then definitely remember to ask for a special request to get your zucchini “Cooked to Order” so it will be super fresh. Overall wonderful place and atmosphere, and the customer service in the front window that was counting the money she was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and she shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time figure out what I wanted to order on the menu and she made sure everything was correct, so sorry if I forgot your name so keep up the good work from the time I was there at about 11 ish, you deserve a raise!. everything tasted fresh and was very fulfilling with massive portions in every bite of my Burger that clearly outbeats most if not all other fast food places because I’m CLEARLY getting the burger the same size and look at the photo on the screen and thats how a real Burger should look like, it was nice and Hot and super juicy and really nice crunch testure, the, the Zucchini are nicely seasoned and flaky and was not dry!!. Great price overall. Also, all the cooks or cook in the back and everyone else did an amazing job with the cooking today and everything and wonderful experience getting it at the drive-through at this location. You can park and come inside when they lobby is open or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or take out. They also have condiments to get or ask for them. I highly recommend them for when you’re hungry or family dine in or if you’re in a hurry going through drive-through. I have a few recommendations, more staff to maintain the tables when they are done being used so more people can sit down without waiting especially when it gets busy, I haven’t experienced the bathroom but make sure to always check it every now and then so everything is in order. Overall Keep up the good work everyone and the people in the back, and whoever else that was working tonight, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirt uniforms and hats and name tags for all the employees. Prices on menu boards are different than what you are charged.
We were told biscuits 2 for $6.00, charged $6.50. Grilled Cheese breakfast combo was listed at $10.39, charged $11.29 plus .70 for large. The .70 was listed correctly on the menu.

I gave it a 3 because of how long it took to get my food and I was first in the drive though. I watched as at least 3 other customers got their food as I waited up front. Other than that the food was great, the fries could have been more than scraps, but all good. And does anyone in the fast food industry understand what extra or heavy means?

Tried go order through the drive thru but were told the system was down. They lied. The system wasn’t down. The employees were all sitting there eating together and hanging out. We ended up going next door to Wendy’s and had fantastic customer service and great food.

Employee was not friendly at all. I noticed after paying for are food that they automatically charges for a double instead of a single burger as they normally do. I asked and they said that’s there normal practice to charge for a double. Ive never had them ring up for the larger burger so watch out when you go through the drive through.

Last Saturday we went to Carl’s Jr and wanted to get there chicken and waffle sandwiches drove all the way home in lake Isabella and discovered we didn’t get chicken and waffle sandwiches. For those two sandwiches we paid $14. And my chicken sandwich was cold on the inside. So I call knowing that mistakes do happen any quote unquote individual that claim to be a manager at that time so that they would have the main manager call us the next day about the problem. Well it’s a week later and I haven’t heard from a soul. No don’t get me wrong Carl’s Jr used to be one of the best burger joints there was. They didn’t fry their burgers they grilled them and it gave it a much smokier and juicier flavor. And we love they’re jalapeno poppers, one of the best on the market. Well went back in today and order this hand breaded chicken sandwich that I keep seeing on television and all kinds of articles nice and thick with all this flaky breading going all over the place. Well for the meal itself was almost 10 bucks but I kind of sort of knew that was going to happen problem was what did I get. First of all the sandwich was as hard as the sole on your boot, it was about quarter to a half inch thick not the 2 in thick that you see in TV and this “hand breaded” sandwich was not hand breaded at all it was dipped in a batter and thrown into something that was considered oil. I say that because I kept tasting subtle flavors of fish with my chicken. Now I will say that the deep fried zucchini though they also had a little bit of a fishy flavor was really good and the staff was excellent and treated my wife and I very well. Food came out hot and they treated us again real well. I’m here to tell you don’t buy the sandwich it’s garbage. And if you call and complain you ain’t going to hear from a soul.

Service is lacking unfortunately this restaurant suffers from a bad owner and they cannot treat their management and employees with enough dignity and respect to maintain a good restaurant. So then the quality of the service and food suffer. As well as the customers.

The breakfast burrito and burger we had at this location is delicious. I’ve never had Carl’s Junior before and I’m very happy with my experience. Place is nice and staff is helpful. They even handle a homeless woman situation nicely. Highly recommend for a cheap breakfast.
