Usually I have a decent experience at this Carls Jr. but my most recent experience almost made me throw up. I had to throw out all the food. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was literally rotten.
Bumped down to one star because I called requesting a refund for food I had to literally throw away and was told they don’t do refunds under any circumstance.

This is one of my favorite burger places. Food is good and you won’t brake the bank trying to get enough to eat . People are friendly and the store is clean . It’s right off freeway 99. So it’s busy a lot. They still manage to have fast service and a clean store.

I went to Carl’s Jr today. Ordered a bunch of food and drove home.
The food was wrong. After returning to Carl’s Jr, the GM fixed the problem with no problem.
Not only was the service great, but for fast food, the food was great and the atmosphere was perfect.
I cannot say anything about all the other Carl’s Jr’s in town, but, the one on Rosedale Hwy is the bomb.
I highly recommend it.

Update: I had to bring it down a notch since they’re selling the AdultSwim Toys for $3 yet im getting them at other Carls Jr resturants for $1. What’s up with that??
Can’t complain! This place is 2 for 2. I tend to stop by before hitting the 99 freeway on my way back to Long Beach after visiting my wife in Lake Isabella. The staff is friendly, I usually show up around the 9ish to 10am time.

For some reason there was only one person working here and she had to cover both walk-ins and drive thru by herself as well as prepare the food. It took me a solid 15 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t hot still. I don’t blame the worker at all. This is an obvious management issue. But needless to say, I won’t be back. Management needs to to better. If they were short staffed, they should have rolled up their own sleeves and got to work.

DON’T EAT HERE. Breakfast biscuit was barely heated and HARD. It clearly had been sitting there. Server was grouchy. We would have turned around and asked for a fresh biscuit but were out of the drive thru. The place was empty on a Saturday morning so that should have been a sign NOT to eat here.

Noel and Dave were friendly and the store was immaculate and well stocked. Noel helped with food choices and even took pictures for us since we were passing through from different states. Dave even blessed us for our trips home.

Did drive thru and ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger, fries and a coke zero. Burger was great, fries were cold and soda tasted like they were running out of surup. The wait was long in the drive thru even though we were literally the only people in drive thru. We figured after the long wait we would have gotten hot fries… Yah, didn’t happen. Lady was nice but food was kinda disappointing.
