We went there to grab a quick bite to eat after spending a few hours at imagine you. We had two adults and three kids ages approximately 7,8&9. We were the only people inside the place the whole time. The lady behind the counter was very nice but she had to take our order at the drive thru register for some reason idk. She did well tho. We ordered specific items with diet restrictions and we got exactly what we ordered without any mistakes (which happens a lot in other places). The kids and both my daughter and I left there feeling better with food in our tummy’s for sure!! The restroom was clean as well and well stocked. They keep the door locked tho so I had to go to the counter to ask to use the restroom which can be annoying at times. The food came out to the table hot and good but a little messy if it don’t get all over the place it don’t belong in your face!!

First off I’m in shock at how the manager here was behaving. She made everyone in line very uncomfortable with how she was acting. She is definitely not suitable to be a manager! After her inappropriate language & unprofessional melt down on an older woman who did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment 3 customers walked out & honestly we were going to walk out as well but I was a little worried for this older woman because the manager has major anger issues for no reason whatsoever. Asking why they are over charging or if there is a senior discount is no reason for a manager or for anyone to explode on someone. These questions were all very much valid & deserved an answer, not verbal abuse by the manager! The older woman sadly was ripped off with being overcharged & denied being able to use the senior discount because they claimed they no longer have that advertised offer & will not honor it even though it’s clearly still advertised & posted on there windows & menu & that senior discounts aren’t available at this location & that the manager can pick & choose what she feels or wants to honor.
Lastly our experience was just as bad. The manager never changed her attitude with any of the other customers so everyone was having to deal with her unprofessional behavior. Our order was completely made incorrectly and the manager was anger that they had to fix their mess up then when I went up to have my husband’s hamburger remade because their was a long hair in it she just laughed, I also brought up that the frys were cold & overly salted, that’s when she got even more angry. I asked for a refund & she refused & tossed the new burger in a bag at me. We definitely will never return to this location & if this is how Carl’s Jr likes having there customers treated them we will definitely just avoid having Carl’s Jr all together.

This was my worst experience ever. I was standing in line with other customers while the manager yelled at an older woman who was very polite & was only asking why they are over charging her when they have a giant sign that states they have a meal deal sale going on. The manager had the most ugliest look on her face & was extremely hostile towards the older woman which was very rude, unprofessional, inappropriate & really uncomfortable for all the other customers to have to witness. A manager shouldn’t act in this manner at all ever & when did it become an inconvenience for people to ask questions & to understand why they’re being overcharged on something the company is advertising at a different price? Also when did it become ok for them to refuse to honor the advantaing deal or for a senior discount?

I’m not usually the type to do this but just crazy we have no quality control anywhere anymore. Now the food still tastes good but I think it’s time to actually pay attention to what you’re sending out. Also keep in more I did not alter the burger in anyway when ordered, got it as is and it still came like this.

Just left cjr and let me tell you bad food. I spent over 50$ here. Not ever again and please let me warn you before spending your money here. Soda was not good at all. Fries tasted like they been sitting there for a long time. After the lady said my food will be fresh. And sent me to go Waite on the side. My chicken tenders were Bernt by chef . He Should not even be a cook there. Bad costumer service did not even provide my soda I had to go in and get myself. Do not go here, do not go here. I definitely would like my refund.!

Well I wasn’t going to post a review but the owner should know what kind of experience their customers are getting and what kind of unprofessional employees they have working for them. This was my first time at this location and definitely my last time because it was the worst experience ever. The manager here just started the new year off by ruining a bunch of customers dinner experience and driving customers away and causing Carl’s Jr to lose business.

Hello, my name is Claudia, and I had a very bad experience at the Carl’s Jr. on Main Street on February 9, 2026. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two burritos with pico de gallo. I parked to eat them, and the pico de gallo was spoiled; it smelled and tasted bitter. I went inside and told the restaurant manager, but she wouldn’t even let me speak. She used foul language, including the F-word. I just wanted my order corrected, and she kicked me out. I’ve had many bad experiences at that store. They always serve cold or spoiled food, the biscuits are hard, the eggs are dry, and the burritos are soggy. I apologize for the complaint, but customers shouldn’t be treated this way.
