When does it start by saying I don’t usually rate, or even go to fast food restaurants but the burger here was so good and so worth the eight dollars that I am.
Not only was the burger delicious but the person at the window was extremely nice very friendly. The food was super fresh.
The vegetables on it were like crispy perfect this was like, that burger from the commercial.
The experience was freaking amazing.
They don’t accept EBT or snap, but they take EBT cash?
Not sure what that means but hey if you know you know.
I want like 10 more.
But also, the size was perfect.
I don’t even want another one.
I ate it so fast I couldn’t even take a picture…

Excellent customer service. Employee on the receipt says Ruby C. We are from Porterville and the food there is horrible as in it looks like they just throw it together with scraps. We had to come to Delano and decided we’d stop since it was close to where we were going. Almost didn’t because of our Carl’s Jr.s. but it was AMAZING! The food was great. Almost looked like the picture.

They were great, i haven’t been into a Carl’s Jr. in a very long time. So a lot has changed since the last time. I’ve been there and they helped me throughout the menu. To understand it, how do they work now And I love that you don’t have to order at kiosk, so it’s not impersonal, i felt that they really paid attention to me. And their restaurant was like super clean. There was never a dirty table. Uh, the floors were already mobbed. The bathroom was immaculate, and the staff was so friendly. All of them said hi, when I saw them.

The workers need respect first of all and they gave me some soggy fries and it was dead not a soul so I don’t understand why they didn’t just throw the bad fries away but that’s one less customer for them I won’t be coming back honestly

Our visit here was good on our way to Oxnard,CA the food and drive threw was easy in and out and the outside looked to be well maintained.

This is the most overpriced fast food place I’ve ever been to it cost you almost $20 for a meal here which you can go to any diner or any other restaurant and pay the exact amount of money and get an actual real burger instead of a salt patty that has 200% daily value of salt in one burger
On top of that, they charge you for everything extra
You spend $17 on a western bacon cheeseburger and I’ll charge you $.50 for a ranch because we all know how big that burger is and one ranch doesn’t do it but they’ll still take advantage of you and charge you more for a dollop of another scoop of ranch
I’m getting very sick of these fast food companies charging as much as restaurant prices
Why go to fast food place when you could just go to a restaurant for the same price and just take it out?
You guys are going to fail as a business one day and I’m not going to be wondering why
I will say I do like to try boiled taste, but I also know that the charbroil Marks on your burgers are fake and I’ve seen it on a documentary and I’ve seen it in real life. You guys make those charges on your burgers and they’re not real…

Don’t stop by here. Go somewhere else. We stopped by here on our way to Tijuana. We went in they were closing up but didn’t like the fact that the person that was on grill, had his gloves on and would still have them on when opening the fridge Don’t know if he was cleaning or what but he used the same gloves. My kids ordered their food. I just ordered French toast sticks, they were very greezy.. didn’t taste like bread the entire bread was soaked in oil. My husband ordered a burger and he had to used the restroom 3 times before we got to TJ. The way they had the food stored in the fridge didn’t seem right to me. Anyways go else where don’t stop here. I will be calling it in so they can check this place out.

Horrible service! The lady at drive thru had a hard time hearing me. I kindly repeated myself several times. Once we pulled up to the drive thru she continued to sound very upset and had no manners. When we checked our chicken piece order, we were shorted some and some of the stars were torn. By the time we returned, my daughters had already eaten some as they were starving. The manager made me drive all the way back only to tell me they were unable to re-do the order unless I returned all the items. Never buying here again.
