Alma was excellent, she was smiling the whole time and so helpful to everyone she came in contact with and that is rare in this day and age of customer service. The owner happened to be there and I gave her high ratings said she was top notch. I don’t eat fast food but when I do the experience is usually subpar but this experience was excellent today! Their breakfast burrito are great when you are out of town and needing something quick and good. Thank you Alma for the excellent customer you provided me today!

The app is the worst ever, but FINALLY joined rewards to get a free Western bacon cheeseburger. Not offered on the app, cashier offers me “half price”. That’s half free. Done with this spot.

The overall experience was good. Clean environment. Ordered right away with super quick delivery of that order to my table. The actual food itself (barbecue chicken sandwich combo) was definitely better than “not bad”. No disappointments.

This Carl’s Jr. really stands out among the rest in the city. Food is always fresh. You dont get any “old” fries, patties, or tenders. Francisco does a great job of running the place, and his staff are always super friendly. Restaurant seating is nicely spaced, unlike other fast food places that feel cramped. This is what a fast food restaurant should be.

I was very surprised at the level of communication and concentration of the employees at this location. My food was delicious and correct, the taste of my superstar tasted just like the first superstar I ever had. The restaurant was clean and everything just seemed to be under control.
Will be back at this location if im ever in the area during the evening.
