The burritos are bad…the meat is chewy and poorly seasoned…I know it’s a burger place I just wanted to try their Mexican menu after so many years of passing on it..but just as expected don’t even bother it’s really bad I didn’t even wanted to eat half and ended up leaving hungry…very expensive too almost 10$ with no sides.

I went to this location at 9:10 p.m. but I couldn’t enter because all of the doors were locked. The sign on the door said that the dining room is supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. Although the woman at the front counter was only a few feet away, she ignored me when I knocked on the door several times. I even had another customer in the drive-thru bring this to her attention, but she kept her back to me at the front door. Very rude. At the very least change the hours on your sign if you refuse to serve walk-in diners.

This is a guilty pleasure for me. I’m a vegetarian, but I love the nostalgic feel and taste of their beyond burger. That being said, they sometimes get orders wrong and I often wonder why I bought it afterwards with the minimal and average quality ingredients in their food… If it was more inexpensive it would make sense, but there seems to be an imbalance with most fast food.

I had an embarrassing experience while eating out with my 2 boys the other day. We had a very busy day we were all starving and my kids wanted Carl’s Jr. So I order and they tell me my total and I get my cash out and I was $2 short. So what any mom would do, I took off my meal and just ordered my boys food. We sat down to eat and I was watching my kids eat and one of the employees walked over and handed me the burger that I had to remove from my order. Little things like that keeps my faith that there are still kind, caring people out there. Very few now days but they exist. Thank you sir for brightening up my day! You have no idea how appreciated you are! Not to mention their food is delicious. No fake mystery meat.
