Stopped by Carl’s Jr. and honestly, it delivered exactly what you expect. The burgers were hot, fresh, and clearly made to order not slapped together and forgotten. Fries were crispy and seasoned well, which already puts them ahead of a lot of fast food spots.
Service was straightforward and efficient. No over the top friendliness, but they got the order right and moved things along, which I respect. The place was clean and organized, and it didn’t feel chaotic even during a busy time.
It’s not gourmet and it’s not trying to be but when you want a dependable burger that actually tastes like a burger, Carl’s Jr. does the job. One star off because prices have crept up a bit, but overall I’d come back without hesitation.

It’s 8:45pm and doors are closed, no time of operation posted anywhere. On Google map it states they are open till 10pm.

I agree with Milad Gerami. Same thing happend to me almost a year and a half ago (2 years)! I was just so upset that I forgot to call corporate or complain about it! … Sad to see close to two years in, it’s STILL like that! So yes, first and last for me that day! It’s been two years now and have not been back, gladly!

Grabbed the Beyond Burger at this location. Better than my initial expectations. It’s not meat and that’s ok.
The buns at Carl’s Jr. are probably some of the best. Comparable to Burger King.
Burger came with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles, with mayo.
Their Medium sized drink is massive! Feels like a solid liter.
Staff was very friendly, location clean and easy to get to. Better than many other Locations I’ve been to previously.

I just ran in to pee after a few whiskey drinks at Bosscats. The restrooms work conveniently located right by the door.
When it comes to burgers, if I had to choose, hands down, Western Bacon Cheeseburger, for sure!

One of, if not, the best Carl’s Jr in Irvine. The staff is absolutely amazing and kind, especially the Manager, Daniela. My food is always prepared exactly to order, the fries are always crispy, and everyone there is always up beat. I’ve had several experiences here and it was time to finally review them with a five star for all the amazing meals they have made for me and my family. Honestly, great place to eat!

If I could I would give them no stars! I ordered a guacamole bacon cheeseburger and at NO time did I asked for it to be lettuce wrapped. I can’t even go back because I’m on my lunch hour. Worst Carl’s Jr location ever! And they didn’t even put enough lettuce on one side, so the burger is excessively messy. I will be calling corporate.

Everyone here is always so helpful and the service is great. Come here often since I work nearby. At all times you get excellent service and great food. This is my favorite Carl’s Jr around here. Juana, Daniela, Fernando, and Yazmin are always working with a smile and their customer service is always appreciated!

Drive through took 15+ min because they couldn’t find a coupon code that i told them from the beginning of my order.
During the drive through i was harassed by a customer behind me (ig because it was taking too long to find the coupon code) and i went into the store and after another couple of minutes they finally gave me a order. But there was also another man with a similar coupon issue. After some online research, it seems like this coupon issue is plauging Carl’s jr locations.
I won’t be returning, too frustrating and lengthy of an experience.
