This may the worst carls I have even been to! Last time my burger was a hockey puck and today I orders a loaded break burrito and they forgot the meat! Never coming back!!

The general manager of this location is extremely rude, I went two time to try and use my rewards for my free item and both times I had to pay because she said it didn’t work and why would I go again if it doesn’t work. I simply went to another Carl’s Jr and I was able to my free reward. I don’t recommend this location terrible service.

I just came from this location and had the worst experience. I’m not a prude, but I’m sure my review could very well come off that way to some. I hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered a large combo with a strawberry lemonade and cross cut fries, a small side of jalapeño poppers (6) and a side of 3 chicken tenders. I pull up to the window and she starts filling a cup so small it looks to be a child’s cup for a kids meal, I’m not exaggerating. I reminded her that I had gotten a large combo and was expecting the drink and fries to be large as they should be. She starts arguing with me about that’s the only size they give of the strawberry lemonade. I tell her, “ok well it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu and you didn’t mention anything about the size while I was ordering, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the smallest drink you guys have.” I ordered a lot of food, I’m going to need the large drink I ordered. She continues to argue with me while I’m calmly explaining that I just wanted a different drink if you’re saying this is how small the lemonade is. She walks away without acknowledging my request and starts talking trash to the cook in the back who is out of sight. She comes back and angrily says, “k, have to throw THAT away. What a waste. What do you want to drink then?” And proceeds to fill my cup to the rim with ice… I mean, my drink is now over an hour old but the soda is all gone and there’s still ice filled up 3/4 of the way.
Another issue is that I got regular fries which are cheaper and she gave me the large order of jalapeño poppers which costs more and I couldn’t possibly eat that many of them.
Over all, lamest person I have had to deal with in a customer service setting and hands down worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get food somewhere.
Middle aged Hispanic woman with a feather tattoo on one of her left fingers and several small bird flock silhouette tattooed on the underside of her forearm. She had other tacky tattoos too, but couldn’t make out what they were.

Our cashier was very friendly and patient since I didn’t know what I wanted. Senovia the cashier is awesome! Give her a raise!

the staff are incredible, welcomed me with enthusiasm, smiles all around, even the nice lady putting together the food, asked how my day was. even if the food was awefull I would come in for the service alone, customer service on this level is a lost art. a lot of companies could learn a lot from these employee, kudos!!

The drive thru person was EXTREMELY rude. Talked to me like I was stupid. They also got upset when I asked for lite thousand island on my big Carl. They said “it’s not thousand island but sure…” then put extra on the order screen. I then corrected them it should be lite not extra, they didn’t acknowledge what I said and just changed it. My big Carl was swimming in the thousand island sauce

An error on the app failed to give the combo discount, instead charging me full price. An option to review the order, prior to payment, was not given. Prior to picking up the order I spoke with the manager who stated they were unable to correct the error & that I would have to contact my credit card and cancel the transaction. The manager tells me that they have had several problems with orders and there is nothing that can be done.
A month later and nothing happened! Customer service is a joke with the Store and with Carl’s Jr. as corporation. Both apologized, but did nothing else. They deleted my rewards account because of this review! Lots of better burger choices are out there. BYE Carl’s Jr.
