I had an excellent experience at Carl’s Jr. thanks to Gianni! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. His customer service was top-notch—he greeted me with a smile and took the time to confirm every detail. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I tried to order on the app and it charged me full price, because i did not know there was a missing min purchase. Doesn’t say anywhere. The only place it says, min purchase is on the sign at the drive through.

To add insult to injury, the cook didn’t make my burger without, pickles, onions and mustard. I hate all of those. Had to drive 2 miles back to get it recooked. I got double screwed.

Awful service. No one in front, not even a bell. I was there for a delivery and the employee showed up around 5-10 minutes after I had just been standing around the front. They made the order, which was a combo but they refused adding fries. The kid said that the combos ring up as combo but they only put fries in if the ticket says fries. They went on to say that if I “insisted on fries they would gladly give them to me but their combos NEVER include fries unless it’s extra. “ they also said the wait was due to a Christmas “thing” in the back. Upon delivering I found that the delivery I made was clearly incomplete. Thanks Carl’s Jr. watch me decline the orders here next time, I can’t afford your low and dirty business “combos”.

Good service the food was great, I asked for my fries and chicken stars well done and they did that just fine. When i always order at the drive through they take my order quickly and when i get my food i always get a smile from the workers.

Terrible customer service. Not a hello or welcome. worker taking orders in person and headset at same time. He would cut me off as i am speaking as if i should know he is talking on headset instead of me. Totally rude!! To owner: hire people with decent customer service teach your employees how to be polite and welcoming. I will not be coming back here and let others know go to another fast food place.
