Carl’s Jr. is one of my favorite fast-food places for a quick and satisfying meal. Their jalapeño poppers are crispy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy — always a must-order. The chicken sandwich is another favorite: juicy, well seasoned, and served fresh every time.

I had an unusually good burger.
I plan to eat there again soon.
On a return visit I tried the chicken club sandwich, which was grilled chicken breast on grilled bread with lettuce, tomato and bacon. The chicken was nicely cooked and the portions of were surprisingly generous. It was very tasty.
There’s almost nobody in this place, so the service is fast.
I highly recommend this place.

Veronica was fantastic! We did the drive through late Thanksgiving day after most places were closed, and Veronica took our order and was so nice, kind, and helpful at the window. Especially for a day where I was expecting everyone to be eager to get home, my family and I were so impressed with her customer service!

I had the worst experience ever today with Martin the “supervisor” in charge. I went through the drive thru and order 2 6piece kids meal with a lemonade and used a coupon for a free entree with the purchase of $15 or more. He did not repeat my order back to begin with. So I pulled up to the window and I asked him if my order qualifies for the coupon and he said I don’t know let me scan it. I let him scan it and my total after the coupon was 15.96. I checked my receipt and see he only charged me for 2 6piece chicken stars, 1 lemonade, and the jalapeño cheeseburger (free). So I told him excuse me I wanted 2 6piece kids meals n he said oh u wanted kids meals? I can’t refund you. I can charge you for the fries and drinks seperate. I said no because I would be paying more. Just charge me the difference and he said it’s a $11 difference. I told him I just payed you 14.51 why do I have to pay you another $11 for 2 kids meals. He said because you want lemonade it cost more so I gave him back the lemonade and told him to just get me fountain drinks. I could already see he was getting frustrated with me. So he tells me it will be $7 more so I didn’t want to tell him anything anymore because I felt his frustration. I handed him $7 cash. Didn’t want to run my card again. He didn’t even apologized or tried to make it right. I drove off feeling uneasy because $21 for 2 kids meals is crazy plus I gave him cash and didn’t see him put it in the drawer. I called the restaurant once I got home and he answered the phone saying he is the person in charge and he took my order and I told him I feel like I’m being overcharged for 2 kids meals could you please ring up the order again and tell me what’s my total? He put me on hold for like 3mins and the answered and said it was 15.96 so I told him then why did you charge me another $7 on top of the 14.51 I had already paid? He said oh because of the jalapeño burger. I told him I used a coupon for that. He said oh you didn’t tell me. I told him you scanned the coupon! I even asked you if I could use it and you said I don’t know let me scan it. He then tells me I’m very busy right now. Here’s your money come and get it. How rude! No manners at all. I told him excuse me! That’s why I was trying to take care of it there and then at the window but you were no help! My time is valuable too! I am a customer! Well was because never again will I be back. I’ve never had anyone talk to me like that not even my husband. No wonder why this place is always empty. I don’t understand his “busy” because when I was in the drive thru there were 0 cars behind me. If I would have just heard an apology I wouldn’t be here writing this. Didn’t even bother to make it right. Showed no kindness or that he cares about customers. Hope the $7 was worth it for you.

Conveniently right in the medical plaza location…Person at the front counter on the late afternoon shift on Wednesday is wonderful, greets you well, good knowledge of items, cheerful, accomadating…The cook that made me a spicy and a regular western burger with no bacon was spot on, onion ring and burger were done well, taste was great…Place is spacious, was fairly clean…
