I rarely eat fast food but we stopped here and while my husband had a burger, I had a chicken club. The lady behind the counter was very nice and patient while I asked questions. I really enjoyed the sandwich. It had the right amount of bacon with melted swiss cheese on a nicely toasted bun. The atmosphere was calm and there is also an indoor playground for kiddos. Overall a nice experience.

On January 2nd I placed an order on my app around 7am for a breakfast burrito and large hash browns, I was driving from LA Sierra area to Moreno valley for work… somehow I got distracted listening to the radio, got to the office and realized that I never picked up my order… I was hungry and bummed out because it was too far back to return at the moment.. later in the afternoon I called and explained what happened to a amazing gentleman by the name of Isaiah, to which he replied.. I got you, why don’t you drive by after work and will take care of you. I drove by on my way home, stated the he couldn’t give me my breakfast meal but game me a sandwich with waffle fries… I was amazed, he thanked me and said “I see you here often & more than happy to take care of you”. That response made my day and was extremely greatfull that there are wonderful young people with exceptional morals & outstanding customer service still around.

We’ve been twice now, first time just the adults the second time with the youngest child. The staff is top notch the food is delicious the restaurant is clean and for still having a playplace it’s environmentally clean enough. For a fast food chain I hated before I am highly recommending this location.

I work in the food industry so I know how it goes, but tell me why I come to my local Carls Jr and I ask for buffalo sauce the lady super nice and I just ask her can I have some buffalo sauce and she says “sorry there isn’t “…tell me why she’s apologizing when she doesn’t have too its not her fault. It’s who ever is in charge this isn’t the first time…my family went also to this Carls Jr and oh boy NO NAPKINS not the place I would recommend! Thank you for being so close to me but I’m staying away until you all get in order. Food was good tho props to the cook ! 🙂

I come to this location pretty often with my nieces, my mom, and my daughter! My mom comes to this location at least once a week! The employees always welcome my mom with happy faces and engage in conversations every time she’s there. I also get the same type of welcoming attitudes from the employees as well. The food is always fresh and hot. They’re kind and patient with my little nieces when they’re quietly asking for ketchup or ranch. The employees always working hard and fast! I don’t go to any other Carls Jr because I haven’t found one better than this one!

This store has gone downhill so horrendously since the beginning of the year. Around March I want to say and after, the store has just downgraded in service, cleanliness, speed, etc. For starters, the shift leaders in charge are just flat out rude. There was only two shift leaders that always wanted to help, a older latina lady and a young man. Every Monday morning I have spare time before work and i used to love heading to this location. Laura and Danny were always tip top in service and speed. Ever since however, the only one who I ever see is Manager Laura sadly. They were amazing always to me. The food at least continues to always release fresh, crispy, and amazing. Every Friday night as well for dinner I would always stop by and order a pretty big order for my family and I for a late night dinner. Manager Danny was always once more fantastic. Very patient and always kind spoken and fast with our orders. The restrooms were always constantly checked by him and his cashiers, he would always wipe down the tables and such. He would always have this smile talking to us and it just seemed like he loved what he was doing. He would chat with me, with other clients around me… he was always doing something for the restaurant and for his clients. Sadly, I no longer see Danny on Friday nights nor Monday mornings. Such a shame. The other shift leaders are just impatient, rude, and just flat. No expressions whatsoever to my family and I. I always see them as well on their phones leaning against the counters on their phones doing nothing. Tables dirty, floors dirty, counter dirty, beverage bar dirty. This store has gone downhill since the beginning of the year sadly. New employees don’t care, are always on their phones, rude, and impatient…. I miss the old employees. I sadly no longer recommend this location unless you are solely going for the playroom. At least my Monday mornings are still enjoyable with Laura.

First time here and horrible experience. Cashier lady looked like she hates her job. The lady who brought out our food to the table was rude and also looked like she hates her job. If you cant deal customer service then maybe they should not be there serving others. Not one worker smiled or greeted us. I work customer serivce and the experience here was unacceptable and really uncomfortable. On top of that ordered my daughter a plain hamberger kids meal with ketchup and they over did it with the ketchup my daughter disliked it and didnt hand out a kods meal toy into her bag.

nice place for kids to have a kids meal and play in inside kids gym. the staff is personable, seems well trained, and keeps the place clean… they try to keep this fast food place a great option when there’s so much competition.
