I really enjoyed the customer service here. Everyone greeted me with a smile and my order was taken right away. When i walked into the dine, it was very clean and everything was organized. Not even 5 minutes passed by when my order was already brought out to me. It was fresh and very good. I recommend trying the diablo burger it is very good. Overall I had a great experience and hope to come back soon.

Man… Carl’s has been my favorite for a long time, this was one of many sad outings at this location over the last 6 months and I’ve had enough. Come on Carls.. roached, refried dried out, cold chicken and zucchini, “no ranch or house dressing available” … man, whoever running quality control here needs to be fired.. much better options around the corner. It hurts me to write a review like this about Carl’s, but I keep it real. When I reached out about this experience I was ignored.. so will this location next time I want to spend 40 bucks to feed my family.. go elsewhere ppl.

As always, they ask you to pull foward for your meal and wait in the lot but the employee delted the order after payment and had me wait 15 minutes till I got sick of it and went inside to get it myself. I’d rather have my 15 minutes back than a silly free cheesecake

Whoever was working at 11:15PM on 6/13/2023, in the drive thru (a male who sounded overly tired) was extremely rude and responded to every question in a lethargic manner. Acting like he’s being bothered by customers trying to make an order. Definitely needs customer service training or probably just a new job.
