This place was very chill. I was very impressed by how nice the manager was. I think he was the manager. He even brought out the food to us with the ketchup packets and napkins, and asked if we needed anything else. I’m old school and to experience that was amazing to me. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. He even knew I needed the code to the restroom before I had a chance to ask. That man is on top of it!! Thank you!!

Amazing customer service!! The guy in a hair net there is truly nice and sweet when I needed time. He helped me choose what was the best option and more delicious! And recommended I get the app for points, honestly glad I got the app I get free food after I spend a good amount! Thank you Carls for have amazing workers ! They are so sweet and helpful!

They have new servers and updated their service quality. The young girl at the register was very polite & well mannered. Listened to me very attentively and provided a great service. Also the service time was faster. The taste of the burger I ordered (Famous Star) was very good & I enjoyed every bite!

the service and taste of food quality went way down. Taking down my review stars. The cashier lady was not attentive & service was too poor. Had to ask for napkins, sauce & water cups for several times. The cashier was very busy talking over her headset the entire time. Even the Burgers were made poorly..! Also the place lacks cleanliness. Won’t come back here.

One of my fav burger spot. So far the best among other nearby Carl’s Jr. Either dine in or drive through, both fast & excellent service. Very friendly staff who provide best quality food & friendly customer services always with smile. I have 2 other Carl’s Jr. Near my house but rather choose to come here for the well mannered staff & cleanness.

We were in the area to go to camping world across the street. We saw this Carl’s J and saw that it was a green burrito location so after our trip to camping world, we went across the street to Carl’s Jr./green burrito. The restaurant was clean plenty of seating in the dining area. There were a few people in there eating but there were plenty of seats left. We ordered our food. It was up shortly. We ate our food. It was all delicious. We will definitely be back next time We are in your area.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the person on the speaker and I could barely hear each other because there is a freeway blaring directly next to it. I ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger combo, then had 2 cards which I knew had money on them be “declined.”
I then proceeded to place the order thru the app using the first card. Magically, it worked. I suspect either an employee there likes to play games with customers they don’t want to serve, or there is a faulty payment processor, but more likely the former. When I told her that I used the same card on the app she told me that the car in front of me used a card without problems.
When I got back to my hotel room with the food 5 minutes later, I was disappointed but unsurprised by the absence of freshness and the lack of BBQ sauce (I ordered extra on the burger thru the app). The one minor redeeming point was the criss cut fries were fresh. The burger certainly was NOT. D minus. 2/10. There are like a dozen Carl’s Jr.s in a 5 mile radius of this one, do yourself a favor and pick a different one.

Store says it’s opened! Showed up and tried to place an order at 11:27 am on 6/8/2025 and the drive thru operator stated the franchisee was closed and that they were not taking any orders…. For what reason? They didn’t even know so I asked why are they opened and they just ignored me very unprofessional never coming back!
