The only thing that was good was my chocolate shake. Drive thru was empty but even so it took me ten min to get my food cause they could not get my order right and there was no add-ons to or nothing just and cheeseburger meal a shake and two waters and they gave us little solo cups with no tops for the water. It was crazy they could not get the order right they gave us bacon cheeseburgers at first, then it was no burgers and just fries they just didn’t know what they were doing and they hardly had any customers 1in the drive thru that was me and one inside we got there at 1 didn’t pull out of drive thru till 1:30

I cannot understand why I had to wait 10 min to order in the drive thru when I was first in line an there were no other cars ahead of me and the parking lot was empty. This isn’t the first or even 10th time I’ve had to wait over 20 min for just a single burger and it wasn’t even a meal with fries and a drink just 20 min for a simple burger. Went through the drive thru a few months ago to get something for my father in law, he hands me 20$ to pay for his food, which cost like 14$ and some change. The drive thru attendant hands me some change and the receipt, I wasn’t really paying too much attention, I hand the change to my father in law and he immediately says hey, it’s 5$ short, I tell the attendant in the drive thru that my change wasn’t correct, she treats me like a common criminal as does the manager. I emailed corporate, no response. So now I go out of my way not to patronize ANY Carls Jr locations PERIOD. That includes anyone in my household.

It’s a franchise location. Means the menu is more expensive and at 20 dollars per employee an hour, they have one cook and both of the counter staff prioritize the drive thru window. Waiting for all the drive-thru to get service before walk-ins is kind of typical for California.

Make sure you check your food. I just got charged for their new promo burger and they gave me a different burger of lesser value. I wasn’t having a great day already is the only reason I don’t go back for correction at this moment and be that person. It’s only extra irritating because it already took a while for the line then the order took 5 min. for one meal.

12-Sept-2025 arpund 9am, the woman employee with glasses at the front counter was also working the drive through window and she was fantastic. If she is not a manager then she should be. Welcoming, calm, made sale upgrades (up sells lol) explains very well. And brought the food out to the customer when she could, vice shouting out a number. Was about to ask for bathroom code and she beat me to it. She knew I was going to ask. Very attentive. Very impressed.

I ordered the breakfast burger combo and this is what I received, since when is it fries rather than tater tot’s? Also I was asked if I wanted condiments and asked for ketchup when I was give my order it was now another person and asked as well if I wanted condiments and they still didn’t give me any. 2 people and no ketchup so why ask? I tried to call in and of course no answer ever. This is not the first last time I ordered a large and got a size small tatter tot. I was robbed since I paid for a large.

One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had so far the food was hot and fresh the soda was crisp the staff were super friendly and the place was spotless very clean and inviting Jennifer the manager was super welcoming and helpful with my order I’ll for sure be coming back more often thanks to her!
