Dislike using this Carl’s. Always makes us wait long w others in vehicle. Food is cold. Asked for lettuce wrap, gave regular. Forgotten side for kids meal. & sauces. Etc etc. Other visits the same. Best not to return

I went to the Carl’s Jr because we wanted some good food on our way to Palm Springs and we ordered our food im guessing the cashier had made a mistake with one of our food items he was a bit rude so we asked for the manager and he asked what was the problem we told him that we had a mistake on our burger because we absolutely hate pickles he was spot on apologized for the inconvenience and told the cook to drop fresh food for us on the spot he was very nice about the whole situation and the food was made fast. Now I usually don’t like making a big deal out of things but he was on it and very nice about the whole situation I asked for his name which was Jorge I think only manager there so I’m hoping I got his name right…

I’m truly amazed with this Carl’s Jr location.. Went to grab dinner here last week, and once I received my food, I realized that they messed up my order. Went here today with my family and was super impressed with the service! So much better than yucaipas Carl’s Jr. Plus this place had a high chair for my daughter unlike yucapia that has no high chairs. My burger was excellent and ingredients were fresh not old lettuce or tomatoes just perfect like a burger should be. Thank you!

Haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr. in over 22 years but my Mom was craving the Western Bacon Burger so got one too. Ordered the fried zucchini & it was good with the ranch dressing. There was way too much BBQ sauce on the burger. Overpowered the taste of everything.
