We stopped by Carl’s Jr. recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the host Shannon, she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a genuine smile and friendly energy that instantly made the whole experience better. She was super attentive, helpful with menu suggestions, and just overall made us feel welcome and valued as a customer.
The food was solid too, my burger was hot, juicy, and exactly what I was craving, and the fries were perfectly crispy. But honestly, Shannon’s outstanding service is what turned a quick fast-food stop into a memorable one. It’s rare to find that kind of warmth and professionalism in fast food these days, and she nailed it.
If you’re in the area, definitely swing by and say hi to Shannon, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again for the great vibe and service. Highly recommend!

Manarva was courteous fantastic and play she made sure that she got her order correct The lobby was very clean there wasn’t a long wait The food was fresh and hot and the service was fast We were in and out makes life yummy and fun Love coming here without a minute’s notice and having a great experience every time thank you girls Jr for making our day delicious and easy pricing and menu is fantastic way to go!

My wife and I lunched 3x kids here. Was very clearly a popular spot for families in the Big Bear area. …The staff was very nice and accommodating. – This is the first fast food joint (other than Chic Fil-A) I’ve been to in years that didn’t charge for a BBQ sauce!!! …It’s a small accommodation, but stands out to me. Would bring my family back.

This place is extremely unorganized. As soon as we walked in, there was already a customer complaining about an incorrect order, which honestly should’ve been a warning sign. After waiting for a while just to place our order—because no one was at the register—we finally ordered our food. Our food came out fairly quickly, but our drink sizes were wrong and had to be corrected.
The bigger issue was my brother’s order. He was order #5, yet we waited over 15 minutes while they called orders all the way up to #13 before his food was ready. We eventually had to go up to the counter and ask about it. The staff said something in Spanish and laughed. My brother, who speaks Spanish, addressed them, and one of the employees made a comment about him being Mexican, “this one is Mexican”. After that, they finally gave him his food.
Overall, the staff was unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. I would not recommend dining here.

Out of all my years coming to Big Bear, this was the first time we stopped at Carl’s Jr., and I’m so glad we did. The whole place felt welcoming, especially thanks to Glendy and Cristiana H. They greeted us warmly and offered amazing customer service from start to finish. Truly appreciated!
