Came in for some fast food, to get a quick bite. It took 20 minutes to get our order due to technical difficulties. It’s alright though. We were in no rush. The cashier hooked it up with some cookies for our troubles which was a nice gesture. Atmosphere was typical of Carls Jr. Everyone was polite. Even the folks standing out front.

The staff really does their best effort in ensuring a pleasant visit. I see them busy all the time cleaning and still they noticed my kids need a toilet break and they immediately came to provide the code to the door. Excellent service better than most restaurants we visited.

This location delivered a masterclass in how to treat customers with utter indifference.
The AI order-taker was clunky, slow, and aggravating enough that we nearly drove away before ordering. It added friction instead of speed.
Then came the drive-thru window. We sat there well over five minutes while a staff member stood directly on the other side of the glass the entire time. They clearly knew we were there. They simply never acknowledged us. No eye contact. No window opened. No “just a moment.” Nothing. Being ignored on purpose is a choice—and they made it.
When the food was finally handed out, the shake came without a straw. Asking for one was met with attitude, as if basic competence were an unreasonable request.
The fries were good.
The burger was fraudulent.
It looked nothing like the advertised product—so flat and badly assembled that I couldn’t even tell it was a double burger until I pulled it apart. If your food requires investigation to identify, that’s a problem.
So yes, we were served:
Decent fries
A fake-looking burger
And a massive side of contempt
I will never return to this Carl’s Jr.

I’m not a fan of fast food but there are times when I do indulge. My order this morning (3232049935105) was handled by Christian. Hats off to him for taking the early shift and providing a friendly face, personable and respectful attitude. I have witnessed this on several occasions. He is an asset to your organization and you need more employees like him.

Going through the drive through to order, I wanted to speak to an actual person and the man I didn’t catch his name I think it might have been Jorge he was rude. He asked me to pull up to the window, so I did. I asked him I wanted to redeem a coupon and he said you do that online. I told him it says here I can do at the restaurant and he said so you have to come inside. The way he said it and just speaking to me in general so condescending. I didn’t think it bother him so much I asked the AI for an actual person tha he made me go around. He’s very unprofessional. This was today December 1st around 330 pm. Don’t understand the attitude but maybe that’s the way he treats everyone. I always come here and everyone is always so nice.

Worst breakfast burrito and for $6 without being a combo. Overpriced and the blandest food ever. Also, Carls Jr remove the ice coffee menu on your website. The worker said it’s been months since ice coffee is not sold at ANY Carls JR.
