Ordered through Uber Eats and when the driver arrived to pick up my food, my order wasn’t done and he had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and the employee handling my food didn’t properly allow enough time for the oil to drain from the chicken tenders I ordered and had ordered 20 of them, which then left the tenders greasy and the food container too as well as a the bag had a noticeable grease spot on it. I have spoke with the manager Jasmine he was supposed to fix my order and I’ve been trying to reach back out to her after she had told me she had to leave because she obviously too busy at the time to take my call call me back like she said she would, yet she just explained to her to call her the next day and she would take care of it but this is after she gave me a hard time and I had let her know I still have the food and I just wanted it simply replaced oh, this was on June 6th to this day she has never called me back I’ve left two other messages. Not normally of the food is good so this is the first time I’ve ever experienced the chicken tenders being so greasy. And I had previously ordered a takeout order that same day with another 20 piece and it wasn’t greasy like that at all. Turning on reaching out to corporate price on as I did contact them by email and haven’t received a response. The bad experience overall and every other take my money and business elsewhere.

I ordered the California classic burger. However, they gave me a regular jr. cheeseburger which was terrible. The ranch was expired and their nuggets tasted like fish. The only good part was their fries. I was highly disappointed.

Ordered a plain jr cheeseburger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the double cheeseburger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if that was correct and was told, that was a double cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they don’t look at least similar to the picture , she said , that’s how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that’s the best they can do on a empty restaurant and a big order like mine? Do they show how customer service works any more/ or are you just hiring family and friends to do a job they might not be qualified to do? NEED A REGIONAL MANAGER TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND FIX IT.

The employees are very attentive and polite. Carl’s Jr. is one of the cleanest restaurants in Brawley. I never have any complaints about the cleanliness, the quality of the food, or the parking. I love visiting Carl’s Jr during my lunch breaks. Carl’s Jr has always been my favorite restaurant to eat at with friends and family. The jalapeños on my Western burger is one of my favorite things about the restaurant, too.

Nonexistent customer service! I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. At least three different employees made eye contact with me, but not one stopped to ask if I wanted to order food.
Back in the ’90s I worked for Carl’s Jr and “guest service” was king. I guess that all went out the window once the board of directors fired Carl Karcher.
