Jose General Manager got my sandwich order mixed up. It’s okay that happens. When calling to have this corrected, Jose says I must save the sandwich and bring it back for a replacement when I’m able to return. Is he going to resell this old sandwich or doing this to make sure I don’t eat an order I’m not 100% pleased with?

They only had one door open and they told us that the manager told them to lock the rest of the doors. I told him you know that is a fire hazard and he went over to the other three doors and unlocked them.

Ordered the hot honey crispy sandwich and cross cut fries and turned out to be the worst EVER! the sandwich was just slapped together with barely any hot honey sauce and the cross cut fries were fried in dirty grease and they were sitting for some time , my husband and I asked for fresh and got CRAP ! Thanks for nothing! As far as I’m concerned ALL fast food restaurant’s have lost their pried in their quality of food and prices .
