Third time yall got my order wrong. I got the combo with large fries and they forgot to give me my fries. Do better carls jr! This location seems to always have employees not paying attention because they always mess up orders.

This is apparently $2.49 worth of queso. I could go to the grocery store next door and get a 12 ounce can of it for $1.50, and they give you half an ounce for nearly double that. It’s not good anyway, so no big loss. But they also didn’t give me the honey mustard for the chicken tenders either, even though it was a mobile order and was clearly on the order screen behind the counter. It was a very sauceless meal.

Shout-out to Lorely. I had to do an additional 5 mile round trip to go get my burger she forgot to put in the bag. You would think they’d at least be giving you a complimentary soda or something for the time wasted, gas spent, and just putting you in a bad mood on general. Keep up the great work.

just came through the drive thru, the girl took a while to take my order but that was fine, I pulled foward to the window where I handed her a $20 and my total was $10 and some change and the girl gave me back 4 pennies, during that exchange she hands me my beverage but not my fries, which is understandable but when she goes to give me my fries i tell her i gave her a $20 so she tells me to come inside & grab my correct change. I’m inside waiting about 7 mins and theres a lady in front of me who needed to pay who hadnt been helped for longer than me and when the manager finally head over she gives me my correct change and i tell her about my fries i never got & she went back and forth with me saying i got them but i never did. after a few times of these she finally gives me my large fries but barely any sauce so i have to head back to the drive thru and get my sauce. this restaurant is understaffed and the service isn’t very good. do better thanks! i knew i should’ve gone to chick fil a lol (when i got back home 4 mins away my shake was halfway melted as well because of all the waiting!)

Ive been here multiple times in the past few months, and there is ALWAYS an error with my order. Whether it’s the wrong fries, missing a cookie, missing extra sauces I paid extra for, or wrong drinks. Today I ordered a double Diablo with the strawberry lemonade with boba Burst. I got a single meat burger, and a lemonade with no Burst. Multiple times I have paid for extra and received nothing. They care more about their statistics and will make you wait out front instead of giving you your food through the DRIVE THRU. they continue to rush orders and make them incorrectly. This is THEFT.

I was in the drive thru this morning. No customer service at all – very rude lady taking my order. I backed out and left. Not worth how expensive it is with lack of service. They should definitely switch a more cheerful, polite and respectful individual to do the job of the drive thru.
