Haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in a while, so I went to this location full of excitement and joy. Big mistake. Dropped over 20 bucks on three meals, and honestly, I’ve had better regrets…
The burger patties tasted like rubber and weren’t even fully cooked. The buns looked like they’d been sitting around since last week, and the lettuce? Let’s just say I’ve seen fresher greens in a dumpster.
Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this train wreck of a Carl’s Jr. It’s a culinary horror show.

HORRIBLE LOOKING AND TASTING BURGER
Carl’s Jr shift leader advised me they no longer sell Beyond Meat burgers. I purchased their alternative option El Diablo, substitute the meat patty with 4 fried zucchini chips. The burger was gross and will not EVER purchase this option again. Staff were polite and fast food location is clean.

I was driving thru from out of town and stopped in for a quick bite just to lose my appetite the service was worst than the food the rushed and oh so aggravated cashier was top tear rude if I was corporate she would have been fired on the spot the food was old like it had been sitting in a broiler for 45 mins patty was dry fries were cold mixed in with warm fries

They’re stingy at this location. It’s a pattern. The first time I went it was with hash brown nuggets, second time it was with those expensive waffle fries. They don’t fill the container all the way. You get like 3/4 as much as you would at the one down the road.

My son loves the star nuggets here. The place looks clean, the service took a little bit longer than some other fast food places. There is a play area for children.

HUGE UPDATE: Literally the reason most people go to Carls Jr., the angus burger is gone!! This is hilarious. Whoever is the marketing person should double check themselves, I predict this location will be closed within a year based on their angus-less menu. Here I come Shake Shack!
You have lost a loyal local supporter and life-long Carls/Hardees customer. I doubt will ever return and have encouraged my family to do the same. Boo
Who likes it when the restaurant is completely empty ALL the time. This is it. Quiet, secluded, and best “Angus-grade” meat you can get in O-side without having to haul it all the way to Shake Shack in Carlsbad where the real Angus burgers are made.

Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich was HOT and fresh, waffle fries were hot and fresh too and were fried in CLEAN OIL!
