From the start of my close employment near here, I have started to get my breakfast before going to work. Over time, the woman who is at the window has repeatedly made excuses to hinder the process for making the meal as an example: the electricity is on and off, the computer takes forever to load, the cash register won’t open, I don’t have change ready for you….etc.!! This morning was: I’m very sorry, my phone did not charge and I was late for work. I have tolerated these events with an understanding about things in life. But NO more! I get my food from other Carl’s Jr restaurants at other locations! This was a convenient place for me. This site has lost a customer!

I would give negative stars if I could. Bring back the humans! The AI order taking is atrocious. At a minimum, will be refusing to order through it from now on. It presents a horrible first impression for the customer – yielding an inefficient, frustrating, rude, and inaccurate ordering experience. It’s had enough chances, it has been “learning” for over 6 months now. Please end the use of AI for ordering!
UPDATE AFTER REPLY BELOW: Let me be clear. The people that work at this restaurant are top notch. The AI ordering must go. The link probided below takes one to an AI (bot) driven survey. The fact that you ask me (and other customers providing similar feedback here) to fill out an AI-driven survey to further document these concerns is not reasonable.

Writing this after I got home. I’m new kn the area and in the process if moving so just wanted to pick up something real quick. The robot drive thru is weird but worked fine and got me to try the new Diablo burger, picture looked good. They repeated my order before i paid and the guy at the window was nice. Come home to a burger that is literally just 2 patties and some cheese. I probably got some else’s order and it taste fine but sucks to pay for a premium burger and get this. Nobody is perfect but just really lame experience
