Went through the drive through. Ordered from your AI bot. That was fine, because what I ordered and the price on the screen was correct. The Big Carl sandwich for $6.59+ tax, (which includes two patties, cheese and lettuce). Ordered onion rings. Total tab, around $12. Not much to some, but a treat for me. I was told to park out front to wait for the “freshly cooked” onion rings. That’s fine too, even though there were zero customers inside or out of the restaurant. That should have been my clue.
Halfway home I reached into the bag to grab an onion ring to eat on the road. They were hot, but there were exactly four onion rings in the container! You do the math. So pissed!! But rush hour, so didn’t turn around. When I got home, this is what the burger looked like. One hard burger (not two), cold, hard-around-the-edges bun. Please note the lack of/condition of the lettuce.
But the “staff!” They are the ones who prepare and serve your food, represent your company and your brand. They are responsible for feeding your customers. Again, congrats on the new AI bot order taker, but I hope that this is not the kind of staff that some of us are fighting for, to receive a $15/hr. minimum wage. Or are they just profoundly disgusted by what they are forced to serve?
I have lived near this location for a “LOT” of years. It has been in steady decline. I used to prefer Carl’s Jr., but this is the worst this location has ever been. So disappointed! Won’t be coming back.

I really don’t judge a place based on a one time experience, but i live close by and it’s always hit or miss with them, zero consistency on their service. I came today and used the drive through, and its completely garbage, the ai system takes forever to acknowledge your order and when i pulled up to the next window, they told me they didn’t get the order, the ai erased it. So they take my order and when i got home i had a western bacon in my bag when i clearly said i wanted a big carl. I ordered a couple other thing for my family that’s why i didn’t noticed they charged me for the wrong product, plus the lady was on her phone texting for a while until she decided to tell me my order didn’t go through, the whole thing took like 10 min between the garbage ai and the clueless register lady. They clearly are understaffed because mistakes like that are common there, but that doesn’t excuse them. I think there’s better options and even another carls jr not too far in Broadway st where you’ll get more for your money and better service as well.

I went to Carl’s Jr today and was served by Danielle! She was a VERY friendly, cordial, and personable woman and she deserves more recognition. I wish there were more workers like her in the food service, she deserves a raise! <3

Don’t go here this is horrible I’m delivery driver in the area asked to use the bathroom was told for customers only offered to buy something to use the bathroom both management and hour manager told me thank you get out of the restaurant very very very rude I will come back or pick delivery here I will reporting to hr. On third what joke older blonde lady was the one that said get out you don’t treat people like this I’ll never go back

I seldom go to fast foods but I have experienced a few. This by far is the worst experience I had. It starts with the drive thru AI which got my order all wrong. Stop using it please!!! I got to the window verified my order was wrong and was redone manually by the guy at the take windows. Inspite of that the order still came out wrong. I called it in and for them to correct the order. The lady at the branch blamed me for the wrong order because she said I verified the AI order. That is not true. In fact, I repeated the order at the window. What I got from the lady was a mouthful of attitude. Please stay away from this branch.

One of THE best plant based aka veggie burgers I’ve ever eaten! My husband who is a hardcore meat eater thought it was meat.
I had it keto style, wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun and my husband thought I called it a ‘veggie’ burger because it was wrapped in lettuce. Surprise! It was truly delicious. The service was friendly and professional.

Just got out of the hospital and my family took me here as my first meal. We all ordered a big Carl, chicken stars, breakfast sandwich, chicken sandwich, California classic and fries. My lettuce was brown and soggy my fries were old.. overall not good. Called to let them know and he wanted us to bring them back because he checks all his supplies and pretty much were lying. Just getting out of hospital and having two kids… Im not going back.. but to the manager that had an attitude and lack of caring what you serve, I’ll attach photos.I suggest everyone check their food before you eat or don’t go to this Carl’s Jr. .

I regularly order food here with my family, and not once have we had a pretty poor experience with the food or employees. On the contrary, they’re always insanely nice and on top of the order every time we come by. That’s why I can’t give this a 1-star review, but my experience today is the reason why I can’t give it a 5-star review. Take it with a grain of salt if you want; I’m just giving a heads up to anyone that orders with this specific employee.
Martha was the one who took my order this morning; a few minutes ago as I write this. Her customer service was disrespectful from the moment she took my order up till the bitter end when I asked for a refund. She called me a liar and said that I asked for plain cheeseburgers when I told her multiple times that I wanted cheeseburgers with just ketchup in them.
I know it isn’t that remarkable, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting coming from a Carls Jr location that I had ordered from regularly in the past. I’ll gladly take my money to the restaurant next to Southwestern College, even though it’s a bit of a drive.

Messed up our order, didnt have the items in order, then gave us majority of the correct items but the fries and nuggets were super cold still. Kind of a let down
