what a great visit! was taken care of by nelson on the front counter who took the order with a smile and also took the food out to my table with a great attitude. i also had the great pleasure of using the bathroom here, and I don’t know if I walked in right after they cleaned it but it smelled so good! it’s like they bleached it top to bottom! overall great experience this visit in the lobby

Got a western bacon cheeseburger medium combo, came out to $10.26 not really cheap for a burger and fries, and it wasn’t even very hot at least not enough to melt the cheese, and was kinda squished.

They over charged me $42 on my order and even though they asked if I wanted bacon and cheese on my burger, when I got home neither was on it. Also the food was cold and fries disgusting and stale. The employees at this location just do not care. I bet if they were short on their paychecks they’d be real quick to act. They put literally no effort into their job. I’ll never buy anything from this location ever again.

Drive thru took a little extra time today but was we’ll worth it! My FAMOUS STAR w Cheese was spot on especially because of the Extra Special Sauce (not thousand island )..Drive thru staff usually offer good customer service. THANK YOU STAFF!
