Can’t think of a better word then gross, stopped here because my husband wanted a burger, my son also got one both were subpart I got the chicken sandwich and it was disgusting stale hard bread, old patty, old browned lettuce and old soggy fries but I added pics so I’m not just trying to complain. I really hope we don’t get sick. Please stay away from this location and hopefully the health department inspects them. -0 stars

This location is right next to Kia Ford citrus motors dealership. This is the only food place walkable from this nice dealership. The atmosphere inside this Carl’s Jr location is a little dingy. Customer service is fine. Got the chicken tender here. I received my order in 1 min of ordering. They were super hot temperature wise. Unfortunately they were burnt from outside and uncooked and chewy from inside. Ended spitting out the gross raw portions. All the 3 chicken Tenders were undercooked. Tasted bitter and raw. Regretted getting them here even though I was hungry.

Carl’s hit it out of the park with their Famous Star combo. Fries were perfectly crispy and not overly greasy. Burger was perfectly done and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Prices are too high, but that is not their fault. ALL fast food prices are too high.

I had an excellent experience at this location. I came through the drive thru and Marianna greeted me and she was understanding of my dietary restrictions because I’m on a diet but I still wanted fast food. She made sure my food was fresh and low carb. She has great customer service. My food was so good. The chef did his big one. Excellent 10/10 recommend. I will most def be back.

Went thru drive thru, girl came on I told her I wanted a double western bacon , says do you want to make that a double , so I go to win dow , she’s just leaning against something on her phone ,she sees me and continues on her phone , when she looks up I’m like we’ll, she rolls her eyes and slowly starts putting her phone away, you would think with the amount of money they make now they should be treating customers right ,so I left , I didn’t want her to have to work ,you know.?

Went to drive thru and it wasn’t busy at all. The guy asked if I can park and wait for my order. I’ve been waiting 15 mins now. I would leave but I already paid. I think he’s the only one working.

I’m writing this review for my man Pedro at the Vineyard Ave. location. Pedro is a really nice and genuine person. Honestly, every time I come here everyone seems really nice and I never have any problems with my food. Overall great staff and good food.
