My daughter loves and enjoys her famous star combo from this establishment . Service is too notch each time we pull up through the drive through specially when Ericka is on duty! She fast and friendly. She also recommended to upload the app, since i’m a regular there. earn points and benefits, she says…. which i am and already gained enough points for a free meal! Thank you Ericka! You deserve a promotion and a healthy raise!

Came in, ordered our food. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for our food, no one in the drive thru. An old lady and 2 females with 2 kids came in about 15 minutes after we ordered, the kids ran behind the counter which is against osha. But ok, they then proceeded to serve them before us. They were clearly the cashiers family. Ok, what made me really mad was that our food was thrown together. No effort what so ever, my chicken sandwhich tasted like it had some kind of chemical on it. Literally made me sick, going to ER just in case. The guys in the kitchen were just standing around talking not doing anything, every time someone pulled up to the drive thru it took them a few minutes to assist them because they were busy talking. I won’t be back to this one again and will probably be contacting corporate after my ER visit. Ridiculous.

Uber eats put my order from this “”24 hr”” location, it said they were putting my order together . I put the directions when the app said the order was ready but when I got there at 4:00 AM the store was closed, the drive thru was also closed. I couldn’t cancel and get my money back either.

This was our first visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and well lit, the staff was pleasant but very busy because there were only 2 of them. Their focus was on the drive thru. There were 4 of us on this trip and one of the orders was prepared wrong, there wasn’t supposed to be egg on the sandwich and it was there. Now this was an easy fix since she just pulled the egg off. But I feel that if they weren’t short staffed this simple mistake wouldn’t have happened. Aside from that the food was up to Carl’s Jr. standards and we were happy with our visit.

Want a Chile char burger? Not here. No burgers in fact at 9 pm as they are cleaning the grill. I love the zucchini but none available. When I agree to just a taco and small drink, the lobby machine is out of Cherry Coke. Horrible dinner service. Do not eat here
