Went here for lunch because I was craving one of their burgers. The food was standard for Carl’s Jr. — nothing amazing, but it hit the spot for a quick fast-food meal. However, the service could definitely be improved. The cashier spent a lot of time with one customer, and even though there was a long line forming, there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to move things along. It made the wait longer than it needed to be. The food was fine, but the slow service really took away from the experience.

Consistently incorrect orders. They’ll leave out items and extras that you’ll be charged for anyways.
Always make sure to open the full bag and every item to check that you actually received your order, because they count on you being satisfied with what you get instead.

The closet Carl’s Jr. to our work that we come too. Never had a complain here and food always comes out good. It’s cool it’s still the few places that has Powerade for the drink dispenser so that’s dope. It’s usually always empty too the times I come (1pm-3pm) anytime between there and food comes out quick & brought to your table.

Came to the drive thru at about 5 AM. The lady didn’t know English and was mostly picking random words hoping to satisfy me. Ended up finding out the only item I’m allowed to order is the breakfast burger. No lunch items and no other breakfast items. What on earth is going on at this place?

If I had the option I would give them zero stars for burning the food. This has happened twice now at this Carl’s Jr. We had just had Carl’s Jr recently at a different location and our food was much better. Order a western bacon cheeseburger and get burnt buns. My friend orders a superstar with cheese with whaddya know… We both served burnt buns. Get your stuff together at this location. <.<

The girl that took my order was not the best or friendliest, she asked if I wanted cheese, it would be extra, I was like yes, all 4 combos. I mean, how are you gonna order a Super Star with no cheese? I get home, and there’s no cheese, on any of them. I checked my receipt, it didn’t look like they charged me for it, but I’m not really sure. To top it off, I’m eating and I bite into something hard, it was the tomato, they put the butt end with the stem on it

Employees were super friendly otherwise I would have given one star. The prices on food at Carl’s Jr has gotten out of hand. It may have just been the BBQ sauce I was given, although I doubt it, but the thing was half full! How are they even still in business?!

Literally never had a problem at this location until today.
Had the rudest employee handling our drive thru order. My dad wanted to change the cheese burger in our order to a hamburger with no cheese. The employee was very adamant on him purchasing a cheeseburger and went so far into basically arguing with us. She was being very snarky with him, “Well what kind of burger, sir?” And started listing off menu items that were not what we wanted. He had to keep explaining to her what we wanted and it was almost like she completely ignored him and still insisted we get a cheeseburger. She made it sound like they don’t offer plain hamburgers. We got tired of all the back and forth so once we got our food, we didn’t bother to go back to get something we forgot to order.
Even after all of that, the fries were undercooked…
