Ended up not feeling after we ate here. On top of that the signs on the building are wrong. They have a superstar combo for 6 bucks ended up being 6.99 on the bill. The Angus bacon gauc burger was 13.00 by itself. Outrageous! On top of that she almost forgot my drink and french fries that came with combo. Won’t be back! Honor your signage or don’t put it up!

The closet Carl’s Jr. to our work that we come too. Never had a complain here and food always comes out good. It’s cool it’s still the few places that has Powerade for the drink dispenser so that’s dope. It’s usually always empty too the times I come (1pm-3pm) anytime between there and food comes out quick & brought to your table.

Took a half hour to get my food. I was late to work because of it. Use the drive through they don’t care about the customers inside. They make them wait until the driveway is cleared. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

If I had the option I would give them zero stars for burning the food. This has happened twice now at this Carl’s Jr. We had just had Carl’s Jr recently at a different location and our food was much better. Order a western bacon cheeseburger and get burnt buns. My friend orders a superstar with cheese with whaddya know… We both served burnt buns. Get your stuff together at this location. <.<

I ordered a famous star and when I pulled up to the window I got charged of course a dollar extra for cheese, my burger was done in 30 seconds opened it and it was cold asked for a refund and they would not give me one because they did not know how to do a refund. So no longer will I be going to Carl’s Junior because their patties are pre-cooked sitting on to the side they’re grill or wherever they put them at and just add the cheese really very disgusting and disappointed

The girl that took my order was not the best or friendliest, she asked if I wanted cheese, it would be extra, I was like yes, all 4 combos. I mean, how are you gonna order a Super Star with no cheese? I get home, and there’s no cheese, on any of them. I checked my receipt, it didn’t look like they charged me for it, but I’m not really sure. To top it off, I’m eating and I bite into something hard, it was the tomato, they put the butt end with the stem on it

I love Carl Jr their hamburgers and chicken sandwich are so good. I always go even though the counter ladies are always on the little rude side. They just barely speak English and act like you’re the problem Well surprise surprise they have the nicest young lady name Emma. She was so friendly even brought our food to the table. Employees were super friendly otherwise I would have given one star. The prices on food at Carl’s Jr has gotten out of hand. It may have just been the BBQ sauce I was given, although I doubt it, but the thing was half full! How are they even still in business?!
