This is by far the best Carl’s Jr. location I’ve been to, and there isn’t many at all. Most of them don’t cook the meal to order. Most of the burgers are premade.
This location makes the burgers fresh not only that they neatly put them together not just slap them together. I feel like they really live up to the price of Carl’s Jr. at this location. Plus their soda is always fresh as well as they do Have chili peppers now. Oh did I mention best carls location ever

Quality is consistent, service could use more enthusiasm workers seem unhappy to work there for the price hike I would think they are better compensated I don’t expect chick fil a or in n out level of enthusiasm but something about being next to a gas station with shady characters hanging around really doesn’t help with more people wanting to eat inside but overall I give the restaurant a 3.8. For a late night option it’s one of the better choices around.I can say at least they don’t get your order wrong unlike McDonald’s and jack in the box. Sorry not sorry.

I had a really bad experience at this Carl’s Jr. The staff gave attitude from the moment we ordered, didn’t bother to listen to what we were asking for, and still got the order wrong. The food itself was horrible—cold, poorly made, and clearly rushed.
What made it worse was the unprofessional behavior afterward. While we were still there, employees were talking about me in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish, which is extremely disrespectful and inappropriate in any workplace. No customer should feel mocked or talked about because staff are frustrated or don’t want to do their job.
Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this location failed badly on both. I won’t be coming back, and management seriously needs to address staff attitude and professionalism. My order was placed at 9:50am on 1/12/2026

I went here because I had a coupon. It was about $6 for small fries, a small drink, and 3 piece chicken strips. It was very good and the cashier was helpful and nice.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is good! The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the shakes definitely satisfy the sweet tooth . But for the price, you’d expect a silver platter and maybe a personal chef. When did grabbing a quick burger start costing as much as a sit-down meal?
Now, if you’re in the mood to splurge on fast food or just really want that Carl’s Jr. flavor, it might be worth it. But if you’re looking for value, you might leave feeling a bit “hangry” at the receipt . For what I spent here, I could’ve had a pretty solid meal somewhere else! #FastFoodPriceShock

I placed a mobile order at this location at 1 AM. Now, even though they say they’re open 24 hours, when I arrived to pick up my order the drive-through was blocked and closed and there was no way for me to receive my order which I already paid for through the app!
When I came the next morning to try to receive my order, I was told that contrary to my claims that their drive-through was open (it was not! ) and there was no way to prove I didn’t receive my order! I asked to speak to a manager the manager refused to talk to me, but instead she decided to hide behind her employees (And unless she was hiding from the truth I don’t know what she was hiding from or why!) In my opinion they are not only liars, but they have proved themselves to be extremely petty! They could’ve easily have resolved this, but instead they chose to display how poor they are in regards to customer service!
