I have been going to Carl’s Jr. since I was a kid. It brings back so many happy memories. Coming back here today makes me happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Specifically Anthony, our cashier, was particularly kind. The food is tasty and in large quantities. The atmosphere is very nice. It is a quiet and calming place to be.

$17.77 for a small western bacon Cheeseburger combo , with small drink and small fries. In my opinion Carl’s Jr. Is way OVER PRICED W/Most of their menu being genetically engineered. I don’t really recommend these jokers especially if you’re on a budget, And you’re looking out for your health.

I had an amazing experience, food was great, customer service was 10/10. All employees were very nice especially the one who helped me her name was Sandra. She was very nice and got me my food in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to others.

I don’t usually write reviews but today I want to give a shout out to the manager in charge around 930-950pm on 08/22. I believe her name was Sandra, I went in to have a quick bite for dinner both service and food was great but sat close to the registers. I saw couple of high school girls in line and a man standing behind them which he looked strange and possibly drunk. Of course it’s hot so the girls were wearing shorts and this man took out his phone and began taking pics of these girls. As soon as I was going to get up and say something, Sandra told the man off very professionally and asked him politely not to take pictures of anyone without consent. I def saw the man taking pictures of the girls as he was standing behind them and I’m happy the manager saw it too and put a stop to it. Her attitude and customer service is way beyond words. She is a great, thank you Sandra for standing up for those girls!

Bad attitude.
I ask for little jalapeños and the manager and or front desk denay to give them to me. He said I had to pay in a very unpolite way. This is the first time someone at Carls Jr. try to charge me extra for the little jalapeños. It is not the money. It’s the attitude. I was here yesterday, and the guy at the drive through was wonderful. He gave them to me no charge and the smile in his face. The other lady at the front desk very impolite as well.
I spent about 25 dollars with my meals

I went in for lunch and Sandra the manager during that time was exceptional. She managed to even sell me a dessert and I’m pretty hard to convince. Great customer service.

The quality of Carl’s Jr. has noticeably gone down in the last few years, I’m sorry to say. It used to be one of the better fast food joints, but now it has fallen down toward the bottom. The burgers were very greasy, almost soupy. The fries were just okay. And even with all the recent corporate-driven inflation and shrinkflation, the food we got was smaller than expected and honestly like 33% expensive. $20 for two burger, one medium fry, and one medium drink is too much for how average it was. Not sure when I’ll be back, but this was a reminder why I hadn’t gone in some time.

This was my first time having Carl’s Jr. The food was tasty, decent portion sizes, and there are several in-app offers/rewards available. I would recommend giving them a try if you haven’t and I plan to return in the future!
